Excellent hotel! The front desk staff, both the lady and a gentleman, along with the breakfast team, were all incredibly friendly. Highly recommend it. It's super close to Termini station, making it very convenient and offering great value for money.

Excellent location, with easy public transport access to all parts of town. The staff were very kind, and the breakfast was good. The photos accurately reflect the hotel’s actual condition.

The hotel was awesome with us. The Breakfast could have more options of cheese! But it was great.

The single room was tiny, and so was the bathroom. Staying in such an old building made me feel a bit claustrophobic. My first day was particularly unpleasant; the internet signal was poor, and I had to hand in my key whenever I left and pick it up from the front desk when I returned. On the plus side, it's close to Termini Station, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

It was okay. There's a Carrefour nearby, and a small elevator.

The hotel is right by the train station, which is great if you're planning on traveling to other cities. However, if you're only exploring Rome, I'd say it's more suitable for travelers without kids. You can easily get around to other areas by e-scooter or scooter, making this a good base. One downside is that the AC is uniformly set to 26.5 degrees Celsius, but luckily, it wasn't too hot during our visit.

The elevator was out of order all weekend. There was only one remote control for the air conditioner, and I had to ask for it at the front desk to get it turned on. It stayed on the whole time.

The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, small shops, and restaurants. However; the hotel on the outside is not the same image that is posted online. The building is old but the inside of the rooms are newly rennovated. The hotel did install sound proof windows but it does not entirely block the street noise. I would advise others to make sure to book a room on a high floor that does not face the road. The hotel walls are very thin so you can hear others in their rooms, and people moving down the hall with luggage so very hard to sleep through the night. People are checking in and out of the hotel at all hours. I would only recommend this hotel for just a night at most when passing through the city. I would advise the hotel to tell smokers to smoke outside but not directly in front of the hotel door where people are walking in and out. Breakfast was only 5 euros but I did not have a chance to try it due to leaving on early tours.

What was a great location

The hotel is oldish, there was specific smell in the rooms, most importantly there were some hot water problems, we even changed our room because of that. In the first room there were no blankets, and the reception girl assured that there are even though there wasn't so we were cold at night. The breakfast was very limited. Overall an unpleasant experience, wouldn't recommend.

Nice hotel with a good price and location, safe and clean streets in front of the hotel.

Front desk staff was friendly and well behaved. However the room is very small, with wall paper peeling off, inadequate storage space, a non effective air conditioner. Being your own toothbrush and bottles, no mugs provided. Breakfast spread is decent. 3 minutes walk from the Roma Termini. Can walk down to the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum and Pantheon. A few stops away from the Vatican on the subway from Termini.

It's right next to Rome Termini, about a 2-minute walk, so the location is quite convenient. There's no obvious storefront, so it's easy to miss sometimes. The room needs a key to open, and you have to leave the key at the front desk when you go out. The room itself is pretty much as shown in the pictures, not too old or worn out, definitely livable. For a short stay, it's one of the more value-for-money options around here, so it's worth considering.

This place is really outdated; besides the convenient location, there's nothing good about it. The bathroom door was covered in mold, and on the first day, I even saw maggots crawling on the side of the bathroom door. Honestly, even after a long day out, I dreaded going back to sleep there. The room just gave me the creeps.
