This was my first time bringing my family to Aranya, and I was completely lost with the vast layout of the park. Shortly after booking, our butler Wendy proactively connected with me via WeChat, instantly easing all my travel anxieties. A few days before our trip, she provided a super comprehensive guide for first-timers, covering everything from the highway exit and park entrance registration to parking fees, tidal schedules, reservation channels for various venues, and the locations of dining halls for all three meals. She even detailed where to go for morning, afternoon, and evening strolls, completely saving me from staying up late to plan. Upon arrival, the park was huge, and I was disoriented with our luggage. Wendy sent real-time location and walking directions, clearly indicating the shuttle pick-up points. During check-in, she meticulously explained the room facilities, complimentary drinks, and toiletries, and proactively asked if we had any special requests. Throughout our stay, whether we wanted to visit the chapel, find local snacks, or watch the sunset in the evening, her responses were almost immediate. When we temporarily needed extra towels and drinking water, they were delivered to our room within minutes. What impressed me most was the perfect balance of her service – she never bothered us with frequent messages while we were enjoying ourselves, yet she was always available to help whenever we had a question. The hotel itself is minimalist and tranquil, offering great comfort. Coupled with Wendy's detailed and reliable guidance throughout, our first Aranya trip was absolutely flawless, with no missteps or frustrations. We'll definitely be staying at Nuo An Yuan Jin next time and specifically requesting Wendy as our butler."

"Came to Aranya with a friend and chose this hotel. It's not inside the resort but very close, only a few minutes' drive away. The hotel offers free parking. We arrived quite early, and the front desk not only helped us check in ahead of time but also upgraded our room. The room was very comfortable and suitable for a longer stay. Plus, the breakfast was excellent. It's a shame the pool wasn't open yet, otherwise, we would have loved to try it out."

"The family room was really convenient. We stayed with four adults (including my grandparents) and one two-year-old. My child and I shared the 2-meter king bed, and my grandparents slept on the bunk beds. The sofa also converts into a bed. We stayed in building 5, and we could see the giraffes right from our balcony! The giraffe restaurant was right next door, making breakfast super easy. Staying for two nights also included a boat trip out to sea, and we got a big snack bag every day."

"The Fisher Hotel in Yudaohas a fantastic array of entertainment facilities! You can catch Hollywood stunt shows, enjoy the indoor hot springs, and there's an outdoor playground. They even provide complimentary welcome fruit, which is a really thoughtful touch. The hot springs are conveniently located on the second floor of the hotel, and the water is very clean; they change it daily. They've added a lot of new attractions this year too. The hotel breakfast is delicious as well. I'll definitely choose Yudaohotels again next time."

The check-in at the front desk was super efficient, all the procedures were completed in 3 minutes, and the surrounding traffic and local play were also actively informed. If you want extra items, you will be delivered to the room within 15 minutes. Back from Anaya, the traffic jam, check out a little late, the front desk lady is also very intimate to tell not to worry, let us not be in a hurry! The room environment is also super good, especially warm! Like Like, a super good experience!"

The hotel's location is superb, tucked away in the pine forest of Phase 8, avoiding the main street crowds. Its Zen-侘寂 (Wabi-sabi) style creates a tranquil and healing environment. The courtyard and room designs are very tasteful, and the cleanliness is impeccable. With its private hot spring pool, the relaxing atmosphere is just perfect. I especially want to commend the service attitude of the entire staff. From check-in, they were incredibly warm and welcoming. The front desk meticulously explained the park's attractions and routes. Any requests to the butler were promptly met with a gentle and patient demeanor, and the shuttle service was on-call. Every detail felt thoughtful and genuine, without any perfunctory service. We had a comfortable and peaceful stay with excellent privacy. It's perfectly suited for both couples and leisure getaways. I highly recommend it; I've already told my friends about it, and we're definitely booking Yinlu for our second visit!"

"Overall, it was unexpectedly good. Before booking, I read some reviews and was a bit hesitant, as some mentioned outdated facilities or a new renovation smell. However, after reading all the hotel reviews in Aranya, almost all had some negative comments. So, considering the value for money and location, I chose the Anlan Hotel. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. The doorman was very enthusiastic, proactively parked my car, and helped with my luggage, putting it on a luggage cart to be sent to my room later. The room itself was clean; aside from the bedding, which I think could be improved, everything else was satisfactory. The hotel thoughtfully provided weather forecast cards for the duration of our stay, and guests could choose their own pillows. After a tiring day of exploring, they even sent a foot bath tub with herbal packs. Honestly, for a hotel within this community, I think this level of service is excellent. Breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of options. The local specialty, steamed shrimp dumplings, was particularly amazing and definitely worth trying. The only downside was that it got quite crowded during meal times. It would be perfect if guests could be informed to book a time slot in advance, so they only have to queue for a few minutes when they come down. The shuttle bus was also very convenient for getting around the community. All in all, I highly recommend it!"

The room features large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering expansive views and unbeatable sea views."

"Pros: I booked a 3-day, 2-night package that included either a hot spring experience or a golf experience (60 balls). The individual charges for these weren't expensive. If the weather is bad, you can still enjoy the indoor hot springs. The large lawn is perfect for relaxing, and the sand is fine, which my child loved at the beach. Suggestions for improvement: My 7-year-old child, just over 1.2 meters tall, was charged an additional 59 RMB at the restaurant. I suggest this policy be improved. Even if the meal fee were just included in the package price upfront, it would be better. I've stayed at many family-friendly hotels where meals for children are either complimentary or not charged extra. An additional charge feels unpleasant. The food quality was also mediocre. It seems the shuttle bus service within the park is no longer running, even though there are signs indicating departure times. I recommend calling ahead to confirm before waiting."
