"The staff is absolutely lovely. They gave me a room with a sea view, even though I booked a garden view. I was especially pleased with the gym: it's always empty, the equipment is limited, but it has the bare minimum. And Senggigi beach is wow! I regretted wasting my time in Kuta instead of coming here straight away. It was a special pleasure to swim with turtles, whose existence in this place I did not know."

"This is a large, clean hotel located by a wild beach with beautiful views. You can swim at the beach; it's uncrowded, but there are a few fishing boats, giving it more of a local rather than a touristy vibe. The bungalows in the hotel are spacious and clean, and the water pressure is good (with hot water always available). The staff are polite, and the grounds are lush and green. The low number of guests creates a secluded atmosphere. I recommend this hotel. Don't book hotels directly on the main Senggigi beach; it's dirty there with plastic littering the shore. It's better to choose this spot or a bit further north, where the beautiful areas begin."

Comfortable bed Beautiful nature Strong wind Private beach Facilities of jet ski, boat riding Affordable food for lunch and dinner Bicycle riding Cute coffee shop Magazines to read However to take note, there may be language barrier as most of the workers here understand Indonesian better than English. I can also travel to Gili Islands from the hotel, but best if we go to Bangsal Harbour which is 40 mins from hotel, as the cost is cheaper 25k rupiah, compared to hotel around 1.07 million rupiah if I’m not mistaken(as they use private boat)"

"I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of my stay from the service to the facilities. My room came with a private pool and a breathtaking sea view, which was the absolute highlight. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying a swim in my own pool while overlooking the ocean felt like pure luxury. The room itself was beautifully designed, spacious, and perfectly clean. The atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. "We recently stayed at Jayakarta Lombok and had a pleasant experience overall, thanks to a mix of warm hospitality and beautiful natural surroundings. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the excellent and friendly staff, who were consistently welcoming and attentive. Their warm service made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even upgraded our room to be right in front of the swimming pool free of charge, which the kids loved! The general facilities at the hotel were impressive. From the spacious pool area to the lush, well-maintained gardens, the resort has a tranquil, traditional charm. We particularly enjoyed the sound of the waves gently rolling in throughout the day—it added a wonderfully calming backdrop to our stay. The sunset views from the restaurant and beach were simply stunning, offering a perfect setting for evening meals or a quiet moment of reflection. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a good variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. The food prices across the hotel were reasonable, which made dining in-house convenient and budget-friendly. That said, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The furniture in the rooms felt quite outdated, which slightly detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, there’s no iron provided in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient for longer stays or guests attending events. On Saturday evening, we found the music to be excessively loud, going on until about 10pm. While some guests may enjoy the atmosphere, it might not be ideal for those seeking a quieter evening, especially those with kids. We also noticed some inconsistency in the food quality—what was excellent one day could feel average the next. Moreover, while the beach itself is beautiful, it was often quite dirty due to local fishing activity. To their credit, the hotel staff do make a visible effort to keep it clean. Another consideration is the lack of nearby amenities. There aren’t any ATMs or money exchange options within walking distance, so guests should plan ahead. Lastly, the hotel does not have lifts, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. However, this also contributes to its traditional, resort-style vibe which many will appreciate. In summary, Jayakarta Lombok offers a relaxing, friendly, and scenic stay that’s ideal for those looking to unwind by the beach. With a few modern updates and consistency improvements, it could be even better."

"A very typical Southeast Asian beachfront resort. Built right on the beach, you can enjoy breakfast to the sound of waves under the shade of trees on the sand in the morning. The breakfast spread is excellent. We booked a sea-view room on the ground floor with direct beach access, so privacy might be a slight concern, but it's very quiet once the door is closed. The hotel is next to the famous Cliff restaurant, a popular spot for sunset views. There's also a convenience store across the street, but not many other dining options nearby."

"In terms of the service this hotel offers, the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast, the things that there are to do at the hotel (2 pools, full gym, 24h massage room, 24h room service), all of those elements are beyond excellent. Our only issue with this hotel was the room. We didn’t feel like the room was completely unclean and the sheets smelled fresh, but there were obvious stains that they did not manage to get out. The overall state of the room looked fine, but the lighting of the room wasn’t very good to begin with, so it’s difficult to fully gauge cleanliness. Something else that bugged me was the closet door, that has an automatic light that turns off/on when the closet is closed/open that would not fully close, which kept the light on. I had to fold out our paper room key pouch and stuff it in between the rolling doors to keep the closet shut so the light would stay off. Lastly, the hotel only provided shower towels in the room, no face or hand towels, which is strange as it is usually standard to provide at least a 2nd set of towels that are to be used at the sink. Overall, I still very much do recommend this hotel for travellers who would like a relaxing stay with a great pool and lots of good restaurants in the area, and extremely close to Senggigi Port, however, little issues such as the ones listed could also be an issue for some."

"We had a great time at Qunci Villas Resort. The public spaces are all super neat and well maintained, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and between the endless options of excursios, experiences and selection of 4 restaurants you'll never feel bored. We stayed in the Qumbang Luxury villa and here are a few things and here are a few things you should know if you're considering the same. The villa is in a separate location from the main resort compound. It is across the main street and around 450 meters up the hill, so you have to ask reception for a ride every time you want to go between the resort and the villa or take a nice little walk. If you want to swim in the public pools as a resident of the uphill villa, the only restrooms available to you are in the restaurants. So it can get awkward slightly walking around dripping water or changing in there. Lastly, the resort is right on the middle of senggigi Beach, which is slightly narrower than the other parts which makes it inaccessible sometimes because the waves comes crashing against the resort shore. Which is fine because you can still walk to either side of the resort and access the other side of the beach beyond the resort grounds."
