"The room is not big, but the location is excellent, and you can see the beautiful sunset. However, when we had breakfast on the first day, the waiter in the breakfast room inexplicably handed me something like a bill to sign after we finished eating. Because we ordered breakfast and dinner, and I saw that no one else had it, I went to the front desk to ask what it was. The male staff at the front desk said that this was just a tip sheet, not a bill, and his attitude was not very patient. But I clearly saw that it was a signature for breakfast, and then I refused to sign. He saw that the explanation was not clear, and tore up the paper in front of me. This point makes people very uncomfortable. Why don’t other European and American foreign tourists receive this kind of bill, but give it to me separately? I always feel that they have a taste of discrimination. I stayed at Movenpick when I came to Petra before. This time, it was mainly because there was no suitable room type, and I chose Marriott’s sunset view. But if I have the same conditions in the future, I will definitely not choose Marriott again. The transportation to the scenic spot is also a bit inconvenient. The shuttle bus only has fixed points in the morning (8/9/10 o'clock) and in the afternoon (2/3/4 o'clock), and the time to play in the scenic spot is also limited."

"Beautiful interior, love the ambiance of lobby lounge and Al Iwan restaurant, food is delicious! Excellent location, just opposite Petra Visitor Centre, ATM can be found next to the Centre and only charge a small fee compared to ATM at airport. Unfortunately, not every superior room comes with a balcony therefore i don’t see what’s the difference compared to classic category. And AC/heater in room smell like kitchen, not sure because our room was just above the back kitchen. After all, it’s a mixed feeling about the hotel."
