Hue Hotels with Rooftop Pools

"🌿 A peaceful and unforgettable stay at Pilgrimage Village I stayed here during my solo trip to Hue and this was by far my favorite hotel in Vietnam. The resort is quiet, spacious, and beautifully designed — a true retreat from the busy world. The staff were warm and professional, especially Ngoc Ha, the manager, who handled everything with great care and flexibility. I felt truly welcomed. My room was cozy and comfortable, and the swimming pool was absolutely relaxing. I enjoyed their “buy 2 get 1 free” cocktail offer while sitting by the pool — such a peaceful moment to just unwind. Dinner was delicious with options for buffet or à la carte, and the restaurant team was very kind and attentive, which made me feel safe and cared for as a solo traveler. Breakfast had many choices, including authentic Vietnamese drip coffee, which was a nice touch. The resort also has great facilities and feels like amazing value for what it offers. And don’t miss their spa! I booked a 2.5-hour session and left completely refreshed. Quiet, clean, and very professionally done. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Hue. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and great service."

"This is my first time staying in this style of accommodation, but the room was very clean and well-equipped with furniture, a kitchen, a washing machine, and a dryer. It was located on the first floor of the building and was open late into the night. The high floor offered a great view, making for a comfortable stay. There's a convenience store open late on the first floor of the building, and an Aeon Mall nearby, making it an excellent base for long-term stays (work or sightseeing). However, the security staff's attitude was extremely poor. Their attitude was completely different from the security staff I've encountered in Vietnam at coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and all the service businesses I've visited by motorbike. Security staff at other accommodations are incredibly kind and helpful, but the security here is terrible, and none of them are friendly. It's managed by a terrible security company. They seemed to be saying, ”I work for a high-end building in the Hue network, so I'm different from other security staff!” Especially in Vietnam, many people who work in such environments tend to be arrogant. It was my first time visiting the place, and I didn't know where to park my motorcycle. Security was watching me, but they didn't say anything. After I parked, they told me I couldn't park there and that I should find an empty spot myself? ??? So, I didn't know where to park, and when I changed my parking spot, they said I couldn't park there because there was a rope barrier? ??? There weren't any ”no parking” signs, and it's impossible for someone unfamiliar with the area to know! Normally, when someone is in trouble, you help them. They should say, ”You can't park here, so I'll guide you to a designated parking area. Please park there.” That's the proper way to interact with people. It seems like most people don't understand that a person's character is only judged after they can do that. The next night, when I was parking in the underground parking lot, there was security by the gate, but they didn't offer any guidance. While I was waiting for the gate to open, they just sat there, beckoning me without saying anything? ??? This parking lot is monitored by cameras, so they should just tell me to park my motorcycle on the left! !! Furthermore, if there's a parking fee involved, it's common sense to treat customers with courtesy. The security company's training is completely inadequate. I saw four security guards over two days, and all four had the same terrible attitude, showing a complete lack of training. One of them, the security guard at the entrance to the building lobby, was sitting in his chair, laughing loudly to someone on his cell phone, completely absorbed in the conversation. I couldn't help but think, ”Is talking loudly on your cell phone during work hours your top priority?!” I think it would be best to file a complaint with the security company and demand that they provide guidance and training on their service."

"The hotel room is very spacious and grand. The hotel is located in a desirable location. We found a small local noodle restaurant the food is excellent and price is very reasonable. The hotel is not far from Dong Ba market and there are plenty of fruit and veggies in the surrounding areas."

"The location is perfect—right by the Perfume River and within walking distance of major attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning city view. Staff were warm, professional, and always eager to help. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of both local and international dishes. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the rooftop pool in the evening. The hotel blends modern comfort with touches of traditional Vietnamese elegance. I would definitely recommend the TTC Imperial Hotel for anyone visiting Hue. Great value and service!"

"First of all, this hotel is a piece of art. The interior is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are also beautiful, you won’t stop taking pictures of the interior. The bed was super comfortable. Has an ATM across the street. The location was very good for exploring both the citadel and the tomb, however it is slightly far from the walking street and boat. There are some areas of to watch out for. The pool was cold and not suitable for swimming. The gym also closes at around 9 pm, which is quite early. The sauna is quite hidden. The shower curtain was old and had a smell. The bathrobe had some dirty spots. The breakfast was OK, very healthy, but I found a long string of hair in a chicken plate, which as upsetting."

"We liked the hotel. It's small, cozy, and has a pool. It's located close to a street with lots of cafes and restaurants. This street is very noisy, but the hotel is located so you can barely hear it! The reception staff was always helpful and answered any questions. We took two excursions and ordered a taxi to Hoi An. They speak good English. The room was cleaned every day. Overall, the hotel is excellent."

"Had huge expectations from the hotel after reading reviews. The hospitality was fabulous ! The breakfast was excellent as well. Its very convenient as there are many shops and walking street nearby. However , the nightmare begins at night as there is a CLUB very close to the hotel. The music is so loud until 3am and barely could sleep. The noise from the traffic is loud. Choose a room without river view."

"Quite satisfied, but the staircase is in the condition that cannot be used, it is quite inconvenient to ask the security guard to swipe the card. The hair dryer is weak, not convenient for families with girls"

"The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. The only thing that I didn't like was the shower is not instant heat water heater. So you need to wait for the hot water and there's limited supply of hot water. Others are all very good. Breakfast is beyond my expectations for a small hotel, with diversified food choice. The staff are very helpful. They have drivers and cars that you can book. The driver is very friendly and speaks some English. We used the da nang to hue transfer and a day tour in Hue with airport drop off. Was very pleasent experience with the driver. The view on the terrace is also very good."

"There is basically nothing near the hotel but some cafes The only good thing is really close to the Royal City 5 minutes walk If you want to walk to the center D it takes half an hour and you have to walk over some bridges with quite a lot of cars The staff are nice The room includes one serving of fruit (1 serving for 2 days). The room is very big with 2 floors Whether it's good or not depends on how you look at it There are TVs on the upper and lower floors Shampoo smells a little strange not for everyone There are not many kinds of breakfast but there are even rice noodles and spring rolls which taste quite good Overall it's pretty good if you don't introduce the inconvenience"
