Cockroach,Also Our Room Looked Out Onto A Fence With Unmowed Grass And Materials Left Over From Building It And Had Paid For Five Buffet Breakfasts When Booked Room And This Morning I'm Being Asked How Much In Total Did I Pay Could I Screenshot Etc Etc And The Buffet Breakfast On Offer Was Either Omelette Or Bacon And Eggs I Demanded Refund On Breakfasts Plus My $50 Bond That Had Been Charged Upon Arrival Will NEVER Stay Here Again Nor Recommend Too Anyone I Know Absolutely Disgusting Service Too Say The Least

My family and I stayed in room 214 and found the beds to so hard and very uncomfortable. My husband had to sleep most of the night in the chair. I also asked a staff member at reception where abouts was the gym and pool I was told there wasn't any, I explained it, states it online he seemed confused. I think it needs to be altered online hence one of the reasons I had booked here. Apart from these issues the hotel was clean and very tidy, and the staff members were friendly.

The room was nice and clean. It was facing to the skyline, but very quiet even its next to the road.

You are so cunning. I paid a 50nzd deposit when I checked in, and when I checked out, I was told to just leave my bank card number and email address. Now you email me and ask me to provide the expiration date and CCV of my bank card? How can I, a tourist, get a local bank card? If I provide these, can't you swipe my card? The hotel is fine, it's not bad, but you are so cunning

The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. You can rent table tennis or pool balls in the public space at a very cheap price. The reception staff is friendly and the price is reasonable. It's very convenient to be next to Skyline.

Although we checked in late at night, the friendly staff welcomed us warmly. The location was good as there were various shops nearby.

The counter is Chinese, the lobby is spacious, there is a restaurant serving meals, the location is good, and it is convenient to eat out.

Good service, new rooms but no windows. Breakfast was average. Food was not hot enough.
