Terrible Service and Unfriendly Staff** I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The attitude of the staff was unprofessional and unfriendly from the moment I arrived. I had booked a twin room **two weeks in advance**, but when I tried to check in, I was told there were no twin rooms available and that they were all fully booked. Without offering any proper explanation or apology, the front desk staff simply assigned me a double bed room instead. I tried to explain that my reservation clearly stated a twin room, but the staff refused to help or offer any solution. I then asked to speak to the manager. When I showed the manager my booking, which clearly confirmed the twin room, I was finally given the correct room type. This means the front desk staff had either lied or simply didn’t care to check properly. As someone who travels frequently, this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The service was disappointing, and the lack of professionalism from the front desk is unacceptable. I do **not** recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

Great room environment

Staff were really friendly and the rooms were clean enough. We stayed here due to proximity to the O2 as we had tickets to an event but I don’t think the hotel is really catered towards families. Smells of ********* and the sounds of couples “enjoying their night” filled our room in the early hours. I’m glad my son was asleep!

Needs a bus or Uber to get to hotel from Greenwich north station. Not as local as name suggests Clean, tidy hotel. Room was comfy and good rate. Would stay again but don’t expect it to be as close to 02 as suggests

This is a hotel run by Indians. The service quality of the hotel cleaning staff is too poor. The room is not soundproof. The cleaning staff repeatedly slams the door when entering and leaving the room to clean it. It is very noisy. I called the front desk and told them in person that it still happened. The minibar in the room was empty and there was not even a bottle of water. There were water stains on the walls of the bathroom, and there were signs of being soaked.

The quilt is not clean and the sound insulation is very poor. The sewers in the whole hotel smell bad.

Suitable for watching performances at O2. A good value hotel. Good hygiene, but far from the city. Recommended for fans and friends. It is about a 2km walk from the observatory. You can order Uber Eats for delivery. It is generally clean and convenient. The restaurant is spacious and nice

The transportation is convenient, and there are Chinese food and supermarkets around. In general, the hotel has its own characteristics, especially the big red dog at the door.

The room was clean, but the shared hallway and elevator were smelly and dirty.
