Advantages: The room is new and clean, and the mountains and river views are really beautiful. Hot spring 550B, the experience is supergood. Disadvantages: The restaurants in the hotel are kind of expensive. The average price of a dish is 200+B, and it does not include 7%tax and 10%service fee. Buffet breakfast was so so.

Stayed in a raft room next to the river, very good atmosphere, clean rooms, strong shower, good service staff. The raft room was moved further away from before. Have to walk up and down about 50 steps and continue walking to the room. It's a bit difficult if you have to go anywhere often. The hotel has 3 swimming pools and avengers activities to choose from. And you shouldn't miss out on buying activities to soak in mineral water, do a spa, have a Thai massage at Rock Valley Hot Spring. There are 15 springs of mineral water, very worthwhile 😄

The hotel is quite old, very quiet, the place is still good. The view is as beautiful as before. There are few employees, not many guests staying, very peaceful.

The atmosphere is good and there are many activities to do. The room is spacious and clean.

Suitable for nature lovers 3 swimming pools But can only play in one pool, the slider is open, dirty, the room is spacious, the view is beautiful. What I really like are the 15 hot spring ponds, the price is not expensive, the breakfast is basic. But the fried rice tastes good. Lovely breakfast staff, good service The front lobby is also recommended.

Really great hotel. Located at famous River Kwai in a jungle like area. We booked the floating rooms on the river. Unique experience. And highly recommended. The included breakfast was not as well as expected, but still good… The staff was very nice and helpful.

Reception staff were worse and unfriendly, their attitude was “I don’t was to be bothered to dealing with you”. the price was extremely expensive compared with what you get from this hotel, the price of the food in comparison to the quality was abysmal. I have never been in a hotel before which had a sliding wooden panel in the bedroom which, when opened, allowed you to see straight into the shower room!!!! The light in this area, instead of coming on when the panel was open, was on ALL night long & shined a light into the bedroom around the edges of the closed panel. A simple faulty switch fix which hadn’t been done & which is a simple example of the standards that seem to have slipped.

Jungle resort, room is nice and river side. Good onzen pool and everything is ok Only 1 issue, wifi is terrible and cannot be fixed. Already reported to frontdesk and Engineer will check. But no update nor contact me back. And during my stay, cannot connect wifi

We stayed in a raft cabin. Other accomodation may have been different. A summary of our experience here: Parking: Good, Check-in: Good, Bell Boy: Excellent, Room: Smelly and decrepit, Bed: Comfortable, Bedding: Immaculate, Terrace: Eyesore, Decorative Flora: Dead, View across river: Most unspectacular, View upriver: Junkyard, View downriver: Junkyard, Wifi: Unserviceable, Ambience: Excessive noise and wash pollution from boats, Bridge to rafts: Tricky, Walk (& Climb) to restaurant: Arduous, Food: Mediocre Thank goodness we had only booked in for one night.

We had a room in the annex. Very nice. The entire complex is very well maintained. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The a la carte dinner was very good, as was the breakfast. Unfortunately, we were only here for one night as part of a tour.

Well located hotel which has certainly been of a very good standard in the past but is now falling into disrepair. Whether it's the rooms, the surroundings, or the equipment, it's completely outdated, poorly maintained and dirty. the breakfast is correct (no more). the staff is very helpful and flexible (eg to extend the reservation of a room for half a day)
