Very good

Overall the hotel is good: the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is varied and tasty, the passes to the PortAventura park work :) What I didn't like: we arrived at the end of October - the indoor SPA was not working, except for the cafe where we had breakfast, the restaurants were not working

The food and facilities were good. But the attention and cleanliness was horrible! We had a very bad experience, we even filed a complaint. The room was not ready to enter... It was dirty, with glasses with cigarette butts and used Q-tips on the floor, we were missing towels... We notified the reception and without any apology they told us that they would come and clean, which they did not do. After spending the night, we notified the reception again and the girl looked at us with a strange face because no one had notified her, asking if we were sure what happened... We showed her photos, and she sent someone to clean up. To our surprise, when we arrived from spending the entire day out looking for a shower, we discovered that we went from having few towels, to none! The next day we were also missing pillows! And it seemed that no one cared about our complaints, since we received no apologies and they didn't even buy us a drink... We spent the trip trying to deal with this, every day something new, a girl at the reception laughed when I spoke to her on fourth time on the three-day trip, telling me verbatim: “wow, if it's not one thing it's another”, they didn't even know how to take our complaints seriously.

Everything was perfect except the cleaning service, many times the room was not cleaned, toilet paper was not replenished, towels were not changed, beds were poorly made. Otherwise, very good food, very friendly staff and the best, the swimming pools, both the sand and the normal one.

The staff is very very very very friendly, mind you, but those at the buffet dinner and the girls at the bar on the night of Saturday, July 20. This hotel is not worth the price by any means, take any other one in the Port Aventura complex, they are a hundred thousand times better. The buffet is terrible, bad, expensive and scarce. The breakfast shifts... there are at 8:00, 9:00 and 10:00, do not go down to the 8:00 one, at 8:30 they will tell you that you have 5 minutes to leave the premises, take the one at 10:00, at 11:15 there were people having breakfast peacefully. The shower has very good pressure, it is a pleasure for those of us who have long hair. We didn't have a sheet on the bed, we had to ask for it at reception and we weren't the only ones who lacked it, it must have been savings on laundry, they don't get them and they don't get dirty... the sofa in the room had a lot of dust on it. the armrests. The facilities are very old. Ah! and online check-in is useless, they will still queue.

The air conditioning did not work. The room was not super clean. The breakfast on the other hand was great and the swimming pool was very pleasant.

The hotel is very good there are several swimming pools The room is perfect, very clean and it is close to PortAventura, there is private parking.

Good location, near the park and close to Salou city center. Hotel with many services available: 3 restaurants, bar, large swimming pool,...

The hotel is very good but we had some problems upon arrival. They put us in a room with a lot of noise from outside, and when we changed we had to wait 2+ hours. In the end, everything was fine except that. The hotel pool amazing!

Very nice hotel and fantastic buffet breakfast. The only downside is that we were two couples in different rooms and one had a single large bed and the other two beds together. Very good location to spend two days in the park. Very kind employees.

Very close to the entrance of the park, and the full board is highly recommended, buffet for breakfast and dinner and a menu for lunch in the park.
