This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Ctrip showed I only needed to pay $16.54 at the property after prepaying, but they actually charged me $58.46. They also charged an additional $38.50 for parking (even though I didn't have a car). When checking out, they handed me bills for $199 and $48.38. This feels like a rip-off.

The owner said the location is better than Hyatt, so I'd definitely book again next time. The airport shuttle bus is very convenient, running every 15-20 minutes, so there's almost no waiting time.

When I booked, the M Club room at this hotel was even cheaper than a standard room, so definitely book the M Club. You get access to the executive lounge, which, while not amazing, has a good selection of Swiss chocolate powder, tea bags, carbonated drinks, fruit, and various milks. The best part is you can also have breakfast there; though the variety isn't huge, it has all the essentials like scrambled eggs and sausages. There were three of us, and while Ctrip said only two could have breakfast, that's actually incorrect. Everyone in the room can eat at the M Club, as long as your room card can open the door. Make sure the front desk adds M Club access to your room key during check-in. We found out late at night that our card didn't work and had to go back down to get it updated. The airport shuttle runs roughly every half hour, located on the departure level of each terminal. Once you exit, you'll find a red sign for 'Hotel Shuttle' where all hotel shuttles stop. Just wait for the Marriott's white big bus. The room itself was decent, quite spacious, and the bathroom was bright and clean.

location right by the airport—ideal not only for layovers but also for exploring Los Angeles if you have a rental car. Hotel parking is pricey at $67 per night, but the nearby Airport Spectrum garage next door was only $18 when booked through SpotHero. I loved the pool area!

The staff at the drop-off area were very welcoming, but there weren't enough front desk staff, which led to a long wait for check-in. The hotel facilities are a bit old and could do with an upgrade. The rooms are relatively quiet because the hotel isn't directly under a flight path, though the swimming pool can get a bit noisy when it's busy.

The shuttle service overall was very convenient and quick. As a registered member, I also got free internet. The only downside is that without a car, it's virtually impossible to shop for anything nearby, so you're stuck eating at the hotel. But that's just how it is in America, I guess.

Very close to the airport, and the executive lounge is quite good. Lots of people gathering, drinking, and chatting. The snacks and fruits are plentiful, which is great for platinum members and above. The room itself is a bit old, and there are just too many of them 🥲

Worst experience in the whole trip. 1. They gave us two room keys which could not open the door! We had to wait for someone to change it for us. But then only one room key was given back. 2. The bed sheet was dirty! 3. The fridge did not work! But we needed to use it so someone came and changed it for us, causing us to wait till around 1 at midnight. 4!!!! In the end we found out we were charged $16.09 for no reason! we did not use wifi (as we knew it wasn't free) or the water bottle (which I recall was around $6) Don't come! Do NOT recommend. 1.给我们的房间门卡打不开门 2.床单是脏的！有污渍！ 3. 冰箱不能用，等到很晚等人来换 4.最后莫名其妙扣了押金16.09刀！！！！ 避雷！！！

The room was small, but the facilities were new, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. It was perfect for adjusting to jet lag. The breakfast was also excellent, and there's a Starbucks in the lobby. In the evenings, you can order food or dine in the lobby, which is very convenient. The airport shuttle buses are frequent, so you barely have to wait. Every time I come to LA, I book this hotel as my first stopover.

This hotel is quite friendly. My friend has difficulty walking, and they were enthusiastic about providing assistance. The hotel's location is very convenient, with an airport shuttle that goes directly to the airport, making travel very easy. However, overall, it's configured more like a budget hotel.

The hotel is nice, safe, clean, and comfortable. However, the parking is very expensive, over $60 a night. Everything else is great.
