But once you step through its gates, you’re welcomed by a magnificent, quintessentially Uzbek façade, charming! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy after a long day of exploring. We were treated to a typical Uzbek breakfast, generous and nourishing. The hotel is just a short walk from Registan Square and the main historical attractions, making it very convenient. A lovely and comfortable base for exploring Samarkand."

But the facility , room and breakfast was not good. I am sorry to say this but I stayed in better condition hotels with less price until now in Uzbekistan. So I can't say it was nice stay here. But the workers were good."

It's about a 5-minute walk to Registan Square, making it a very convenient hotel for sightseeing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including some delicious vegetable options like eggplant and cauliflower that I hadn't seen elsewhere."

"1. The front desk clerks are a bunch of hooligans and their attitudes are very bad. 2. To cheat people, they charge random fees. Visa on arrival is 27USD per person, but other hotels don’t charge a cent. 3. When we inquired about the ticket, they were enthusiastic and helpful, but actually charged us 25USD for the difference. When we were unsure, they charged us 10USD for the refund (the key point was that the ticket was wrong. We requested a ticket from Samarkand to Tashkent, but he bought a ticket from Tashkent to Samarkand) 4. Visa on arrival is processed in one day instead of two days 5. Threatening us: "This is Uzbekistan, not China, so be careful what you say.""

"The hotel itself was great, both the room and the hospitality. However, the road in front of the hotel was undergoing massive construction, making it impassable for cars. We had to walk along an unpaved path, which was quite inconvenient."
