Best thing about this hotel is it's location,2-3 mins to Siyob bazaar, Bibi khayam mosque and cross foot bridge to see two more historical sites. Registan Square is straight 15 mins walk, and the walk is a good walk one doesn't get bored. At the square you find all restaurants, ice cream, coffee and all. There are few restaurants near by too when you turn left from the traffic lights. Reception and all other staff is good and polite. Hotel has a new portion built, where rooms are quite spacious. Everything is good and the courtyard feels relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for it's location.

Nifal is a great new hotel. I spent 3 nights there. What you see in the pictures, is what you get, even better once you see it in person. Amazingly clean, tastefully decorated, high ceiling, two bottles of water, toothbrush, sleepers, and best of all, you’re asked to take your shoes off and place it on a shoe rack by the room. How cool is that? (speaking of cleanliness) Farrux at the front desk speaks English well, very kind and helpful young man. Breakfast is plenty full and individually served at a desire time. Kitchen staff greets you with a smile every morning. Hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the popular tourist attraction. Couple of restaurants close by with their specialty kebab (chicken, lamb and beef), they also serve beer and wine.

I stayed one night at this hotel and it was absolutely beautiful, very luxurious. It was a bit tricky to get there as the main street was blocked by a large pile of construction sand, which made it difficult for the taxi to pass. The room was clean, with fresh linens, and all amenities were provided, including tea, coffee, and water. I do have a few suggestions: it would be great to have teaspoons in the room as there was nothing to stir with. Also, I found the lighting a bit dim and would have liked a larger mirror. I particularly enjoyed meeting Maya at breakfast; the buffet spread was beautifully presented, and you could really feel the homemade care for the guests. Everything was delicious, and Maya even made me a latte.

Our favorite hotel in all of Uzbekistan! The entire staff is the perfect blend of professionalism and hospitality. We really didn't want to leave! The food is outstanding! The breakfast buffet is perfect; you won't leave hungry, in fact, you'll probably gain a few pounds. 😄 The chef personally comes out to oversee the food, recommends what to try, and tells you about the dishes. The waitstaff (I can't even bring myself to call them that) seem genuinely happy to see you. There's pure delight at every turn! We initially stayed in a standard room, then moved to a suite. Only our pre-booked onward tickets forced us to check out. 😄 The suite has everything from bath salts to a coffee machine. There's a separate bathtub and shower, and a cozy living room. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel with a wine cellar downstairs, conveniently located 12 minutes' walk from the train station. However, it's a 20-minute taxi ride to the city center. On the downside: it was cold! There was no heating in the room, and we froze at night! (It was 10 degrees Celsius outside, so naturally, it was cold inside too). Our room faced the road, and the noise insulation was terrible! We could hear everything from the street and the corridor! There was a cigarette smell in the room! It seemed like someone had been smoking, and despite airing it out, the smell wouldn't go away! We asked to change rooms but were refused, told there were no other rooms available! Very unpleasant! We did extend our stay by 6 hours for half the price, which was a plus. Pros: The room had everything advertised, including a bathrobe – though only one, even though I booked for two people. The shower was broken; both showerheads (the rain shower too) seemed clogged, and water came out from the side on both, making it very inconvenient to shower. There were only two pillows; four would have been better. Other pros: Decent breakfast with coffee from a machine. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and cozy. There's an ironing board and iron in the hallway. The beds are comfortable.

The hotel has an interesting interior and is conveniently located, with all attractions nearby. It's very clean and comfortable. The reception staff are always helpful with any questions and provide great advice, a big thank you to them. I especially want to thank the chefs who prepare the breakfasts; they are delicious, with fresh pastries and a variety of dishes, and they added something new every day. In the evenings, you can have tea in the dining room. My wife and I loved everything and will recommend the hotel to our friends and acquaintances. We particularly remember the breakfasts on the 'tapchan' (raised platform).

The staff at this hotel were all incredibly kind and helpful. Not only the front desk staff, but also the housekeeping staff were extremely caring and helped me a great deal during my stay. Unfortunately, I became ill while staying at the hotel. The staff arranged for a doctor to come and see me, regularly checked on me, and asked if there was anything they could do to help. Their kindness and care meant so much to me, especially when I was feeling unwell and vulnerable. The bed and the room were exceptionally clean, the interior was beautiful, and the hotel was very comfortable. Above all, this is a wonderful hotel filled with genuine warmth and hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Great hotel with a delicious and filling breakfast. The front desk staff are always fantastic at answering any questions, from where to go and how to get there, to where to have dinner – they know everything! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you! ☀️

First of all, although it's called a hotel, it's actually a guesthouse. I couldn't figure out how to open the entrance door, so I tried entering my reservation number and confirmation number into the keypad on the front of the door, but it kept giving me errors. After thinking about it for a while, I noticed another silver button. This seemed to be the intercom. When I pressed it, a ringing sound continued, and after a while, the door opened. Also, a person who seemed to be the hotel manager appeared from the road behind the door. The cleanliness of the room was not a problem. As for amenities, there were no towels, so I used the ones I brought with me, but I wish they had provided them beforehand. I'm sure they would have provided them if I had asked, but that was something that bothered me. The bathroom is a unit bath with a bathtub. There is a curtain partition between the bathtub and the sink, but honestly, it's not much of a relief. The sink gets soaking wet after showering. Since it's a guesthouse, it's not one room per person, and you may end up sharing a room with a stranger. I shared a room with a man from Sweden. Also, there seems to be a keyhole on the room door, but you won't be given a key. Anyone can easily enter. Take all your valuables with you when you go out. Also, Japanese people seem to be a novelty there. There's a courtyard with several chairs and tables. It seems cats live there, and sometimes they sleep on the chairs. Check-out is also confusing; there's no one there at 7 or 8 in the morning. People start to wake up after 10. In my case, a child who seemed to be the manager's (probably not even 10 years old) handled the check-out process. Finally, the location isn't too bad; it's a 30-40 minute walk from Registan Square and the Gur-e Amir Mausoleum.

I didn't take pic of the room as it is basic but spacious enough. The hotel is strategically located in between various sightseeing sites. For travellers who opt for tram and bus, you choose the right location because opposite the hotel just accross the road, there is a tramvay stop and bus stop. Tramvay goes to and for the main train station if you are departing for Tashkent or Bukhara. While bus goes around the city. Take bus 22 to go around the city area such as Registan centre. Take bus 31 to and for airport. Really convenient, affordable, and I highly recommend it.
