Samarkand Hotels with Balcony

This hotel is conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Samarkand Station. It was renovated at the end of 2025, so the interior and facilities are brand new. The best part is its proximity to the station, which is incredibly convenient for late-night arrivals or after getting off the train, as it minimizes the need to search for a taxi or carry luggage around. The rooms aren't fancy, but they are well-maintained and clean, making for a perfectly comfortable stay. Moreover, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! They even called a taxi for me when Yandex wasn't working, among other valuable assistance. It was a huge help!

This family-run guesthouse is highly recommended by locals. Although it's a bit far from tourist attractions and the train station, taxis are readily available and inexpensive in Samarkand. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, although it was a bit chilly at night in October with only a thin sheet. The landlady is very friendly, speaks excellent English, and the breakfast is delicious. The only downside is that the tax wasn't charged according to Ctrip's listing. Please be aware of this, as there might be changes. Although it's not a large amount, it's advisable to keep a receipt for reconciliation.

Внутренний двор очень милый, из номера с видом на сад видно Мечеть Биби-Ханум) Расположение хорошее, недалеко от площади Регистан) немного не оправдал ожиданий ассортимент еды на завтраке, он был достаточно скромен (сравниваем с отелем 3* в Ташкенте, там разбегались глаза), но голодным , конечно не останетесь)

This stay was absolutely fantastic! I made a mistake with my booking, but the hotel staff were incredibly patient and helped me sort everything out. They were all super friendly, helped with our luggage, and provided exceptional service. The entire hotel was spotless and very comfortable. We woke up a bit late and worried we'd miss breakfast, but it turned out the hotel offered à la carte Western breakfast and freshly ground coffee, which tasted great, and the service was really thoughtful. The location is also super convenient, very close to the train station, making getting around a breeze. I chose this place specifically because I didn't want to stay near the necropolis area; it's about 5km from the attractions, and getting a taxi was very easy. Throughout my stay, I really felt the warmth and hospitality of the people of Uzbekistan. My accommodation experience was perfect, I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

A nice hotel, new and everything is in place, smells and service at the height. There is a shop nearby. It is in the prom zone at the MKAD and before booking from the airport, check out the airport. In general hotel

This is a really great place to stay in Samarkand. Huge beds and huge rooms. The rooms have huge wardrobes, a fridge, kettle, safe, and a coffee maker. The bed is the biggest I've seen, but it's a little hard. It's close to Registan Square and a huge number of nice restaurants, even has its own restaurant attached that serves some great steak. The breakfast is really nice - you'll have a personal table with samsa and lots of snacks, and be able to order a specific breakfast on top.

Advantages: 1. Excellent location. Approximately a 15-minute walk from Registan Square. 2. The front desk staff were very helpful, assisting with luggage up and down stairs even without an elevator. 3. There's a viewing platform on the third floor with sofas and tables, suitable for leisure travelers. Disadvantages: 1. Room types are not standard; the size of the double rooms varies. When no rooms were available, I was given a triple room with a bed that appeared to be only 0.8 meters wide. 2. There's no POS machine at the front desk, and the prepaid deposit cannot be deducted from the room rate; only cash payment is accepted.

The room is very spacious, the house is novel, the mattress and lighting are great, the counter staff service attitude is also super good, meeting all our needs! ㄧ A few steps away from the hotel, there is everything you need for a super large supermarket. The only thing is 3 kilometers away from the core attractions, but the cheap taxi will not cause any inconvenience.

The hotel staff does everything to make your stay comfortable. We were checked in early, without extra charges. They look for ways to help with all questions. There is water/tea in the room, sweets for tea. The only drawback is the lack of a kitchen. Breakfast is brought from somewhere. It is warmed up. Well, and there is nowhere to have a snack in the evening in the hotel either. But they offer and help to use the food delivery service.

I didn't take pic of the room as it is basic but spacious enough. The hotel is strategically located in between various sightseeing sites. For travellers who opt for tram and bus, you choose the right location because opposite the hotel just accross the road, there is a tramvay stop and bus stop. Tramvay goes to and for the main train station if you are departing for Tashkent or Bukhara. While bus goes around the city. Take bus 22 to go around the city area such as Registan centre. Take bus 31 to and for airport. Really convenient, affordable, and I highly recommend it.
