Inspired by the surrounding Japantown neighborhood, Kimpton Hotel Enso offers a sense of Zen amid the hustle and bustle of the city. Ideal for curious travelers who enjoy getting off the beaten path, our downtown San Francisco hotel embraces the concept of wabi-sabi, or finding perfection in the imperfect. Here, it’s all about making real, authentic discoveries. Grab a colorful Japanese soft drink from the vending machine, relax in the hidden courtyard, or retreat to your room to recharge.

Nice Japanese boutique hotel! The room with nice furniture, also with yoga mat! On share amenities, they provided vinyl and turntable, you can chill over there in the evening. So far very thing was good, just one thing that they didn’t have free parking. Parking fee is US51 per night, recommend to park the mall parking garage nearby, it’s cost $29 for 24hr.

Although it is not in Union Square, which everyone chooses, I personally think it is better here. First, the price is cheaper than United, and the second is the convenient transportation. There are many buses at the door. It is convenient to go anywhere. The bus costs $3 per person, and it’s free within two hours. By the way, the room is very new, smart toilet, I booked the cheapest room, so the space is quite small, the two suitcases are spread out, not easy to put, but the room design is reasonable, I like it. There is no breakfast. After paying the full amount for the room, I paid another 200 USD deposit, which has not been refunded.

Excellent
GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and the facility was clean.
I enjoyed my stay with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.
Because it was near the station, sightseeing was easy.
I still want to use it.
XXiaoershangdasanVery average, booked the hotel through Ctrip Business Travel, but was told that the order was cancelled when we arrived. The price was increased very high, so we rebooked for 2 days. It was shown that there was breakfast, but actually there was not. We went to the restaurant next door to eat, which cost more than 20 US dollars per serving. Later we moved to the Parc 55 Hilton next door. The environment and comfort are simply too good. There is no harm without comparison.
The only advantage is that it is not far to the exhibition and can be reached on foot.
MMaisonGBe sure to view the Hotel Caza website for the extensive list of additional fees associated with the booking (destination fee, parking, etc). The prices are very transparent on the site and aren’t as clear booking through third party.
This hotel has incredible customer service! The front desk ambassadors are warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Vanessa and her colleague truly provide world class customer service. She provided 10-15% off coupons for restaurants on the pier. We had a fantastic time for my mother’s birthday in San Francisco and it would not have been the same with another hotel.
The location of Hotel Caza is near Fishermans Wharf. It is walkable to many attractions such as the Coit Tower, Ghirardelli’s, the piers, etc. There are an abundance of great restaurants nearby. We had a delicious brunch next door at “Eight am” cafe. Other attractions are a bit further out and require transportation such as Golden Gate Park, Sausalito, and redwood forests.
This is a very family oriented hotel. There are many games in the lobby for children and adults. Bicycles to peruse the city are provided on a first come first serve basis each morning. The swimming pool is on the smaller side and always has kids in it. The evening cookies are packaged and not freshly baked. The lobby has an overpowering smell of perfume. Overall, we had an amazing time at this hotel and highly recommend it for family vacations!
NNAV SGI recently had the pleasure of staying at **The Westin St. Francis San Francisco on Union Square**, and I must say, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel's prime location in Union Square puts you right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the best that San Francisco has to offer, from shopping to dining and cultural landmarks.
The historic charm of the hotel is wonderfully blended with modern comforts. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had an incredible view of the city. The Heavenly Bed truly lives up to its name—it was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in!
The staff was welcoming and professional throughout my stay, ensuring that every need was met promptly and with a smile. The check-in process was smooth, and the concierge team provided great recommendations for local spots to check out.
Additionally, the hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and on-site dining options, were top-notch. I especially appreciated the rich history of the building itself, which added a unique element to my stay.
Overall, The Westin St. Francis is a perfect choice whether you're in San Francisco for business or leisure. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and an unbeatable location!
JJiudiancepingjixiaoleiA hotel that is small but well-equipped. The hotel is adjacent to the Union Square shopping district. Turn left three blocks away and you will find the Neiman Marcus department store. The hotel is small and old, but it is very exquisite, clean and refreshing. There are many Indian-style decorations in the lobby, which is very atmospheric. The hotel service staff are extremely enthusiastic. The doorman immediately helped unload the luggage, delivered it all the way to the room, and even helped dust the dust. In the evening, they will also give you chocolate-filled snacks. The room is very clean and comfortable, and is also equipped with an electric kettle, knitted bathrobes, and slippers. The bed sheets are also like domestic hotels using quilt covers and duck down quilts. The toiletries are all made from the old British brand Molton Brown, and the fragrance lasts a long time. In short, this Taj Hotel is a secret treasure in the center of Sanban City. It has the warmth of home and the luxury of a third world country. Highly recommended!
BBrandon YThe hotel is in a great location, just minutes away by foot to Fisherman's Wharf. Lombard Street and Chinatown are both accessible by foot, as well as the trendy Russian Hill/Polk St area with many bars and restaurants. There are multiple rental car locations a few minutes walk away as well so that you can drive across the Golden Gate Bridge and go to the Battery Spencer Lookout or continue onwards to Sausalito and Muir Woods. Note that there are two wings of the building and we were placed in the wing separate from the main lobby and dining room, and the steps were not wheelchair accessible. The service and amenities are good, but we had a first floor room facing the street and it was quite noisy at times due to the poor noise isolation where you could hear people talking outside on the street quite clearly. Overall, the location was good and the value was quite high with breakfast being included (it was fine, nothing special).
WWendyQZBThe room is clean and of moderate size. The hotel provides reusable silicone travel cups and drinking water, which can be used at any time, which is environmentally friendly and convenient. The food in the restaurant is not expensive, the sundaes are delicious, and the coffee is good. The best thing is the location of the hotel. Fisherman's Wharf is right outside, in n out is a five-minute walk, and Dangdang Bus Terminal is a five-minute walk away. It's great.
HHONGJUNThe location of the hotel is OK, just near Union Square, within a 500-meter walk of the hotel, there are many dining options, as well as restaurants and bars on the first floor of the hotel. Their services and conditions are pretty good. Regrettably, this time I stayed at the hotel, it happened that the hotel and building opposite were being renovated, and the noise was huge, which seriously affected the rest and overall feeling. We stayed in three types of rooms during the whole trip. The 5th floor viewing room was slightly quieter, and the 2nd floor suite was noisier. The fitness center of the hotel is outsourced Active, two blocks around the corner, about 5 minutes walk, it's ok.
