Dally the front desk is very RUDE !!!
We arrived at the lobby and there is one front desk present ( Dally) who is assisting two or three more guest then I saw this online checkin kiosk I opt to used it for convenience so I input my info and the machine confirmed my reservation and requesting me to pay the resorts fee and security deposit which is not yet paid so I inserted my card then this Guy from the front desk loudly said don’t used that it will double charge you. So I quickly removed my card but the transaction have been processed so I have no choice but to finish my transaction and get our key cards then he keep saying I can’t help you now Cant help you now with a RUDE tone and he also went in-front of me telling You DID that too yourself And Can’t help you now …. I’m about to get mad because of his rude attitude towards me. then Bryan arrived he was very hospitable help us out and explained the charge to us and Confirm that there is NO DOUBLE Charge he also mention the name of his rude colleague who is dallie or dally
Please take AXIOM because this employee doesn’t know what he saying with his rude attitude toward me … As a hospitality graduate he should treat the guest with empathy and offer his services because its his job. And he can explain it properly and say sorry is out of my scope and ask help from my manager
Also when we check out on oct 13 around 7am theres a front desk who has no energy. We greeted him and I asked for checkout He just pointed the drop off keys and has this DO NOT DISTURB ME attitude while we are waiting at the lobby with my partner he loudly said Hey are you guest here ??!! With a condescending tone, he taught my partner was an outsider… We just greeted him 5minutes ago that how snobbish he is he didn’t even remember my partner…
Regardless the two women front desk TAYLOR and TATIANA are kind and warm unlike the two FO .

It was okay. We were not told how frequent there would be housekeeping so our room was not cleaned for 2 days out of 4 nights. The area is a bit sketchy as we are close to Tenderloin. Otherwise it was a largel fair stay. It was clean. The gym is good!

Overall, the hotel is just average. During exhibition periods, the room rates are exorbitant—around CAD 340 per night—whereas on regular days, they’re only about CAD 100 a night. The only bright spot was the excellent female black receptionist at the front desk; her friendly demeanor, professionalism, and positive attitude truly stood out. Additionally, the white receptionist on duty during the day was also very pleasant and efficient.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by another staff member—a stocky, overweight black man—whose attitude was extremely aggressive. When he was the only person at the front desk, he even glared at guests with a threatening look. Despite the lateness of the hour, he checked me in and provided me with a room. However, upon entering, I discovered that the comforter and bedding had clearly been used, as if someone had just checked out.
To make matters worse, when I asked him about the availability of slippers, he brusquely told me to go downstairs and find them myself, complaining about the hardships of his night shift. Although I remained polite, his rudeness was undeniable. More significantly, the room was filled with a strong odor reminiscent of freshly renovated rubber, making it difficult to breathe. Every morning, I had to spend nearly half the day just trying to catch my breath, as the overwhelming smell left me feeling short of breath and suffocated.
In summary, while the hotel has its moments with some excellent staff, the overall experience is marred by inconsistent service, unclean conditions, and an eerie, unsettling atmosphere. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and hygienic stay.

Location is good despite many homeless and druggies roaming around (which the hotel has no control over) and near a lot of restaurants and cafes. The room booked was spacious and clean, but the electricity outage everytime the AC was switched on.

Great location, close to the MRT station and Ding Ding tram stop. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The room is clean and well-maintained. A highly recommended hotel!

Location is excellent, just next to the cable car Powell Street station. Room is a bit small but clean. Washroom is big enough. The coffee and snacks bought at cafe at the hotel lobby is very nice.

A comfortable and decent hotel. Once you enter you hit a cafe instantly which is super confusing. The reception is way in the back and could be better signposted. The resort fee is extremely expensive for what the hotel is though.
