Beautiful resort at the top of the hill close to the ruins. Beautiful pool and cabanas. Food is great especially the cheesecake!

The room was clean and spacious. All the waiters were very warm and attentive. We were going to the tour group early in the morning and specially asked the front desk to arrange a packed breakfast in advance.

Maya Bella was very comfortable, right in the middle of San Ignacio hotels, shopping, restaurants. Everything was in walking distance to the hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating and helped arrange transportation as well as tours and activities. Coffee served with fresh fruit in the morning was a nice touch. The hotel was extremely clean (they scrubbed the floors at least twice daily!) and comfortable beds with a/c. I would recommend Maya Bella and would stay there again!

Best place I have ever stayed! In the jungle— has canoes to to down river, complimentary bird watching tours, hiking paths, and rooms are beautiful! Perfect if you want a getaway in the jungle!
