The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bedding – sheets, duvet covers, and pillows – was equally pleasant. It's conveniently located very close to the Vatican, with a taxi ride costing only 20 Euros. Each room comes with a balcony, and the air quality was quite good. However, the room temperature wasn't individually adjustable. It was 28°C (82°F) during our summer stay, and it got so hot that we had to wait until after 9 AM the following day for someone from maintenance to adjust it. There's a pool downstairs which seemed quite clean, but access isn't direct; you need to pick up a pass from the front desk first.

Well, the village provides really clean and private houses for very affordable price. ***For everyone thinking about staying here, please mind that this place is very very far from the city, 2 bus line come & go to the city and if you miss one in the morning it has gap of 1 hour so might take so long for the next one.

Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home. This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. Traveling to Rome, I unexpectedly booked this Ibis, which is exceptionally good value. It is less than a kilometer walk from the subway. The hotel is next to a quiet community on a high ground. It is very quiet, and people are running in the early morning. The transportation is convenient, and the nearby bus and light rail are good to go everywhere. The key is that the breakfast is particularly rich. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Wenzhou people next to the subway station. Occasionally, you can adjust your stomach. It is not expensive and quite authentic. I went out to play in Pompeii for a day, and the luggage was stored in the hotel. The service was also very good. It will still be my first choice next time I come.

A fantastic stay at Nobu Hotel Rome. A small boutique hotel in a great location, tucked away in a quiet area yet perfectly central. There were a few minor hiccups, but they were immediately and efficiently addressed by Giovanni and the front desk team, who genuinely went out of their way to make sure my family and I were well taken care of. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience overall.

Being so close to Termini Station was definitely the right choice, especially arriving in Rome in the evening for a self-guided trip. The airport shuttle stops right opposite the hotel entrance. Despite its central location, it wasn't noisy at all; in fact, I found it incredibly convenient for getting around. With a multi-day metro and bus pass, I could explore all of Rome and easily pop back to the hotel for a rest whenever needed. The breakfast was plentiful. While it wasn't a huge spread of meat and heavy dishes, it was healthy and nutritious, offering self-serve fresh squeezed juice, and a good variety of breads and pastries that changed daily. The restaurant staff were also excellent.

Our last night in Rome, we picked this place for its proximity to the train station. The ambiance isn't great, and the room facilities are quite old. The mini-bar is chargeable, but the price list isn't obvious, so we almost fell into a spending trap. The food is simple but covers the basics. The only fun part was the DIY pancake experience. I wouldn't recommend a long stay; one night is definitely enough.

The hotel is okay. It’s far away from the city. About a 10 minute walk to the metro. If you take the train into the city the closet station is La Rustica, literally nothing around and Ubers cost 20-30 USD. The hotel room was clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. The gym was also equipped with machines and couple cardio equipment. The stay was okay overall.

My English isn't great, but the male manager at the front desk spoke the clearest English I heard on this trip! His pace wasn't too fast either, and he was very enthusiastic and friendly, even cracking a few jokes. He really brightened my day. The triple room was also very large and spacious, and came with slippers. However, the hotel's breakfast box was a bit disappointing. It was just pre-packaged snacks and such, very basic. For those catching an early flight who won't have time to eat breakfast at the hotel, I'd suggest not booking a room with breakfast included. It's not worth the price; you're better off getting something at the airport.

Impressed, the hotel location is great, especially the room facing the Colosseum. The hotel staff is very conscious of service. When they leave the hotel, they also take their luggage and take a taxi, because the birthday, the hotel specially prepared birthday cakes, cookies Blessing card, send a bottle of champagne, have kitchen cooking for breakfast, get up early to watch the Colosseum morning glow, bathing facilities are very good, water temperature adjustment is very convenient, the room is rich in decoration, and the Chinese like to drink hot water.
