Good location. Persistent electronic issues with the TV. Unclear if there's hotel service in the room – perhaps better to explain online. Incorrect parking garage price on the website – needs to be updated. Also expensive compared to other parking garages. The garage isn't immediately optimal and access is quite complicated via the secured streets and one-way traffic – several codes are needed, which isn't always easy when you're alone.

Beautiful Castle Hotel make even greater with the use of good quality products within the room. A fantastic stay which included the private use of wellness facilities (has to be reserved), drinks in the mini bar and a nespresso machine.

Everything was perfect, the breakfast was excellent 👍 the staff was lovely (reception, food, etc.). The only downside was the lack of parking. I spent 45 minutes looking for the municipal parking lot I was directed to, but in vain! As a result, I got a €25 fine because I was parked in front of the hotel; I had no choice.

This faithfully restored 16th-century farm, with a picturesque garden courtyard and a cozy brasserie, is located in the countryside village of Gravenvoeren. Blanckthys is a 15-minute drive from Maastricht.

I have get a free upgrade of my room. I have had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel and it was great and also fast. The room was very clean and was very comfortable and modern.

Very nice hotel, everything is fine.
1 big minpoint for me: plan was to sleep well, but that was counted outside the works at the hotel: wake up by birth and bell at 8 a.m.

CCindy Y.The hotel is pricey for what it offers. Modern architecture with glass, beautiful hall with a classy Christmas tree and restaurant that fullfil 4 stars. But the king room (more than 200 euro per night ) was like 3 stars max.. Basic interior and materials. Slippers were missing which the receptionist promised to bring but didn't happen. The bathtub was scary, black pieces came out when we turned on the bubble function. After the water drained, we saw what was there...
The swimming pool had a sewer smell where there were holes for water...
Would not return.

0013GPremium looking room. Big TV, mini-fridge, spacious and beautiful bathroom. Welcoming drink on arrival.
Bed mattress is too soft. 2 small pillows are too small and uncomfortable to sleep on and should be replaced for bigger and better ones.
Air conditioning is practically non existent, some noise and not sufficient cooling. When the weather is hot outside, the room is like a sauna and torture to sleep in.

GGeThe hotel has a great location. Very central to all the restaurants. The hotel is clean and the check in process was smooth. The only downside is there’s no parking onsite so you need to find surrounding parking area. We were lucky to find a nearby parking and because it was Sat evening it was free after 6pm and all day Sunday.
Overall a great stay.

GGuest UserWe verbleven 2 dagen in het hotel. Zaterdag op zondag pas om 0300 uur kunnen slaap aanvatten door lawaai van omliggend café en luid roepen in de straat. Ontbijtbuffet werd niet regelmatig aangevuld. We moesten vragen om bv fruitsap, charcuterie en/of ander beleg. Als het dan werd aangevuld werd het gewoon met de handen op schaal gelegd rechtstreeks uit de plastic verpakking. Niet zo hygiënisch dus. De nacht van zondag op maandag zeer goed geslapen daar nabijgelegen café toe was. Ontbijt was beter.
