The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the old town, with numerous public transport options next to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. However, the room remained hot all the time, and there was no air conditioning. Additionally, the sound isolation in the room was quite poor; we could hear showering, flushing toilets, and even our neighbors coughing, not to mention conversations and the sounds of using Duolingo. Fortunately, our neighbors were relatively quiet at night, so it didn’t affect us too much, but it did prevent us from speaking loudly. Given the price (over 60 euros per night), I expected the gym to be included without extra charges and for there to be a sauna. I was quite disappointed with the facilities.

Because I want to take a boat to Helsinki, I specially booked this hotel that is relatively close to the pier. Taking a bolt to the pier costs about 4 euros. In fact, there are several shopping malls near the hotel, including supermarkets and food courts. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the old town, which is very convenient. The front desk is courteous. When you check in, you will be given two hand straps, which you can use to bring into the swimming pool and sauna. The room is tidy and larger than expected. Our room is located on a high-rise building facing the inner street, so it is not noisy. Rich breakfast options, perfect for a short stay in Tallinn There is a sister hotel next to it, metropol hotel, which is older and has foreign groups staying there, so be sure not to make a mistake.

Rooms are clean and comfy and hotel even has a covered swimming pool !! 4 mins walk to the famous Old Town and 1 min walk to the Rotermann City. Really convenient and spoilt for food choice. Good exercise for any one wanting to explore Tallinn.

Varasin zen huoneen tripistä, kyseessä oli erikoistarjous. Saavuttua hotelliin minulle annettiin ensin standard huone, koska varaus olis tullut heidän mukaansa zen huoneen sijaan standardina. Pahoiteltiin, mutta myös koko ajan toisteltiin, että upgreidaavat minut ilmaiseksi. Eihän se ole upgrade, että saan huoneen josta olen maksanut ja joka minulle on tripistä myyty. Heidän tulisi ja olisi tullut selvittää asia tripin kautta suoraan. Huone siisti sinänsä, poreallas niin kovaääninen, että rentoutumiseen sitä ei voi käyttää. Lisäksi tulppa jumissa siten, että tyhjentäminen hankalaa. Ravintolan ruoka ala-arvoista. Aamiainen sen sijaan todella hyvä. Paljon asioita, jotka vähän sinnepäin ja pienellä vaivalla olisi korjattavissa.

Very modern and clean interior in an old building. A wonderful hotel with an elegant mix of old and new, symbolic of the city of Tallinn. The staff are also very kind and impeccable.

Good value hotel close to the old town. Great gym, nice cafe onsite, breakfast is good but i wouldnt bother with dinner in the restaurant

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied and got a room with 2 single beds even though I requested it. We also only had one towel in the room. The room was very cold. Be careful when parking. If you park outside the hotel you will receive a €50 fine :) The staff is professional and committed.

Everything was very good. I loved the breakfast and the service. Everyone was very friendly and committed to guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended. Maria explained to me the places where the locals usually go. Another receptionist gave me a free pass to a club. And so, each and every one was very good.

Good Hotel and very nice hospitality and food. The staff in hotel are very friendly. May be food should be multicuisine so that will fit in to the Asian travelers too.

Tallinn Palace Hotel is very good. The price I set this time is super suitable. The location is in the old city. It is very comfortable and convenient to go anywhere. I recommend this hotel!
