The hotel is good, the room is large, the front desk service is very good, the hotel staff are very NICE, and there is fruit delivery ☺, it is recommended that those who go to the ancient city of Petra can start from the monastery, and you can go completely and not tired.

The room is not big, but the location is excellent, and you can see the beautiful sunset. However, when we had breakfast on the first day, the waiter in the breakfast room inexplicably handed me something like a bill to sign after we finished eating. Because we ordered breakfast and dinner, and I saw that no one else had it, I went to the front desk to ask what it was. The male staff at the front desk said that this was just a tip sheet, not a bill, and his attitude was not very patient. But I clearly saw that it was a signature for breakfast, and then I refused to sign. He saw that the explanation was not clear, and tore up the paper in front of me. This point makes people very uncomfortable. Why don’t other European and American foreign tourists receive this kind of bill, but give it to me separately? I always feel that they have a taste of discrimination. I stayed at Movenpick when I came to Petra before. This time, it was mainly because there was no suitable room type, and I chose Marriott’s sunset view. But if I have the same conditions in the future, I will definitely not choose Marriott again. The transportation to the scenic spot is also a bit inconvenient. The shuttle bus only has fixed points in the morning (8/9/10 o'clock) and in the afternoon (2/3/4 o'clock), and the time to play in the scenic spot is also limited.

The location is perfect to enjoy Petra. The hotel is a bit old, but still good enough. Not only the room was clean and neat, but also the staffs are super kind and friendly. I will definetly stay at this hotel, if I come to Petra again.

Beautiful interior, love the ambiance of lobby lounge and Al Iwan restaurant, food is delicious! Excellent location, just opposite Petra Visitor Centre, ATM can be found next to the Centre and only charge a small fee compared to ATM at airport. Unfortunately, not every superior room comes with a balcony therefore i don’t see what’s the difference compared to classic category. And AC/heater in room smell like kitchen, not sure because our room was just above the back kitchen. After all, it’s a mixed feeling about the hotel.

The boss is so friendly and there is a parking lot so you can park It takes 3 minutes to drive to Petra and the boss tells you about the course and recommends it. The hostel was clean and so nice. I will definitely come back here next time I come to Petra.

The hotel sit atop a hill overlooking the desert hills - a wonderful view, about a 10-min. drive from the Petra visitor center. All the staff we met, from the security guards, to the bellman, the front desk, the restaurant - were just SUPERB. All of them. The lobby is inviting and warm, the restaurant is spacious and with lots of sunshine. Dinner buffet had a very nice variety and decent quality, yet overpriced. Breakfast had a wonderful variety with good quality. The room was very clean, and looked like it was built last year - very well maintained. Although the building looks very new, overall, the hotel is overpriced a bit. Overall, an excellent choice for Petra.

The staffs are super friendly. When we left they gave us two bags full of drinks and fruits for us to consume when visiting Petra. The view of our room is exceptional! Choose this hotel when you come to Petra!
