除了門口不能很好找之外，酒店內部設施/工作人員態度都還不錯，特別是每一層還有類似沙發會議的地方。下次繼續可以入住。

In addition to the fact that the door is not easy to find, the hotel's internal facilities / staff attitudes are not bad, especially there are places like sofa conferences on each floor. You can continue to stay next time.

Alles sehr sauber, Essen gut, Frühstück überschaubar, Service sehr gut, Abendessen nur bis Uhr möglich, danach geschlossen.

Everything was very clean, food was good, breakfast was manageable, service was very good, dinner was only possible until 11:00 p.m., then closed.

Hotel Balmoral charges you in full on your first day and will not allow for any subsequent changes.  I reserved for 10 days and was told by management that they would only issue a voucher credit to be used within the next 30 days.  This policy should be stated upfront so people making reservations know all terms.  Tourism business is down and they appear desperate for business but their policies prevent you from ever returning again.  This establishment appears only willing to provide discounts and incentives solely to the hispanic community.

All very clean, eating good, breakfast viewable, service very good, dinner only possible until clock, closed afterwards.
