Service stafff was incredible, and the Hotel itself is super convenient. They even help us procure a driver for a one day tour.

This is a nice, big hotel in the center of the city with all the necessary conveniences, right on the corner of the busy shopping street. The room is big, well equipped. While convenient, the hotel has clearly well over its best days, as lots of its features seem to be rather outdated. The air condition (or the lack of it) is clearly a major hiatus. It doesn't give one the option to control the temperature, just to make the fan run slower or faster. The rooms are about 10 degrees warmer than the properly conditioned reception areas, which is odd. Why is the convenience of the staff sitting at the reception is higher priority than the guests?

Location is superb which public bus stop is just in front of the hotel, airport bus stop also right in front, metro is just 300m walking distance away…
WanLiMiao Pedestrian Streets is just beside the hotel which have nice lighting at night
And a few big shopping mall just walking distance away..

Grand lobby area with very polite bell boy and receptionist..
The room is a bit disappointed compare to the Grand Lobby area they have 🫣🫢 but is clean
(The price is for the room,the grand lobby is a bonus☺️)
They provide free snacks in the room everyday (fruits,small bread,milk and etc)
Will choose this hotel again for the next visit 😊

The room was a bit dated, but it felt very welcoming, like home. When we came back from dinner, they brought us fruit, which warmed our hearts. It felt like a kind older brother was giving us his good things. I never expected to get such service at this price; it was even more attentive than some high-end hotels!

This is an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, but it's currently under renovation. The location is excellent, transportation is convenient, the breakfast is plentiful, and a complimentary fruit platter is included. It offers great value for money.
