The vineyard was beautiful and it was magical seeing the kangaroos in the morning and at dusk. The breakfast and food at the restaurant was delicious.

The front desk is kind and polite, the work efficiency is fast and patient, and the environment is also very beautiful. All in all, everything is perfect, allowing me to spend a perfect holiday

The room was actually ok overall, but there were all kinds of bugs on the bed (ants, spiders, mosquitoes, etc.)
It's understandable that the facilities are a bit shabby in the wilderness, but there was no one on duty at night, which was a bit unsafe
The most speechless thing was that we clearly noted in advance that we wanted a tent close to the toilet, but we were still given the farthest one, which was a bit annoying

The tent is very clean and the air conditioner is on 24 hours a day, so you won’t feel cold even when traveling in winter. You can see the starry sky and kangaroos as soon as you step out of the tent!

Great for playing with friends or as a couple! Great for relaxing
And there is free tasting of red wine, which is a very novel experience and creates different memories with friends.

Wonderful spot for lunch on a hot day. My wife and I made a spontaneous holiday trip to the Bendigo region. Wanted a vineyard lunch on a hot sunny day. We found this gem and took a table under a tree in the shade. Pizza for me and quiche for my wife, I’d post photos but they were too yummy so we ate them up! Paired with a lovely sparkling Shiraz from the vineyard. Sadly they are looking at closing later this year. Bendigo’s oldest vineyard - please come and support them.

We stayed one night only , Room 6 in Hermitage House , after a day at the Bendigo Art gallery. Clean and cosy , with an outdoor table and chair ( too cold in winter) numerous rooms adjoined a delightful lounge with a gas fire, a well stocked kitchen with microwave, Nespresso machine, cups etc.. We had a Wine presentation, complimentary for in house guests at 4pm, very personal with just the two of us! Purchased their Sangiovese, to bring home and enjoy. Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday mid week trip!

This winery is situated about 15 k from Bendigo, and overlooks the CB vineyard Our group of 18 had arranged platters and wine for a restful afternoon The platters ranged from cheeses, meats and breads etc. All were very tasty ( but perhaps a little on the light side) A wine tasting area was also available We were seated outside but under cover A very relaxing couple of hours Good for couples or groups

We highly recommend the restaurant offerings and reasonably priced at 85$ pp for 3 courses. The tents were clean and comfortable. The AC unit was a welcome addition during our hot trip. The 2.5km walk around the winery was a nice way to finish off the evening. Unfortunately the let down was close proximity of tents and noisey neighbours. We politely spoke with them to no avail and the reception staff member neither acknowledged, validated or dealing with the issue.

Really nice experience from check in to check out, unfortunately we stayed during the storms and lost power, so we did not wine or dine but the accommodations itself was very nice. Our favourite part was the bathtub!! Some extra blankets would of been nice but overall a nice stay.
