The hotel is located in an area where cars can’t enter so if you have a lot of luggage beware. From the car drop off it’s about a 6-10 minutes walk depending on your speed. The hotel itself is very cute and the room is like a little house. I really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast is cereals in jars inside the room but I didn’t want to eat it as I wasn’t sure how old it was or if previous vacationers had put their hands in. There are two restaurants within 5 minutes walking and main square about 20 minutes walk.

Hotel in the quiet village of Finikia! It is better to have the hotel go to "Free parking space Foinikia" by taxi! From there, the hotel is 60 meters away. If you go to "Finikia Parking Area" by taxi, it will take a little time to walk from there. I think it's fine. The hotel staff was very kind and gave me a lot of information. It's a 10-11 minute walk to Oia, and it's a good distance for a little exercise. The restaurant near the hotel is very delicious, and the staff is kind, so I recommend it! There is also a small market nearby so you can buy water etc.

The hotel is near fanity, 5 minutes from the nearby bus station. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the cliff streets of Oia. The room was spacious, clean, had a kitchen and was beautifully decorated. The lady at the reception was also very nice. Luggage can be stored. The entrance is a bit difficult to find. You can watch the sunset from the rooftop🌅

1. Close to Oia town, 10 minutes walk to Oia Bus: 2 Euros from the harbor to Fira, then 1.6 to Oia, you can get off at Finicia and walk closer to the hotel (Traffic route map as shown in Figure 4 below) But remember that the 8:00 am bus is a circular bus, you have to take the bus on the opposite side to Fira 2. Hoping trip and paragraph this to owner, l found out the shampoo and shower gel of this hotel were made in PRC, but we would rather try some local products when we are in Greece

I don't think the environment is good or the service is good. The price is not cheap, it is also remote, and the wind speed of the hair dryer is terrible. There are three of us, so we added 30 euros per night, which works out to more than 1,500 per night.

Walk for about a few minutes from a small alley (cars cannot enter) to this hotel built on the mountain. After entering the pale yellow gate, there are intermittent steps from top to bottom. As far as the eye can see, the environment of the hotel itself is good, but the surrounding The environment is average, there are some similar B&B hotels on the right and in front (below). My room is at the bottom of the hotel, with a small yard and tables and chairs. Entering the room is a cave-like design. The room is quite large, with a small kitchen, and there are small electric stoves, small pots, etc. in the cabinets. Plates, cutlery, kettle, refrigerator, etc. Breakfast is placed in the refrigerator in advance, a jug of juice, a few slices of bread, 2 slices of ham, and 2 slices of cheese.

The bathroom is front of the toilet and there is no barrier to prevent water from flooding the toilet area . The water outlet in the toilet area . WiFi doesn’t work with zero success .The other guests were complaining and horrible owner were saying that whole island the WiFi doesn’t work . I am a handicap and called to send some one to help with luggage and she said she can’t . We asked a stranger to help us . We arrived later in the night 9 pm .The maid came into the room at 10 am and said she needs to clean the room . We asked the owner if we can leave 12 as we came at 9 pm and she started to yell at us saying you all have to leave at 11am . This time we need the WiFi to get the next hotel address and info which the booking didn’t go through . We can’t call a taxi as well . She shouting in Greek so my daughter had to get all our luggage asap from the room. The time was 11.28 . I ask the maid to help me and she said that is not her job and disappeared . One of the guest helped us . This is a hell with WiFi/bath water running in front the toilet and rude and unhelpful owner who has zero customer care .

The property as a whole was great as well as the staff. The location was not ideal as transportation options were scarce as the location was not picked up by taxi/Uber services. The location was not close to the beaches/water or attractions, if you are looking for the “full Santorini of experience”. If you don’t mind being further away from the action and can appreciate more of a local stay accommodation, this is a great option!

inconvenient location. AC not working. Stuffy upstairs. Stubborn landlady. Cleaner is nice.

Very lovely boutique hotel (our accommodation was only for one night). Hot water didn’t work very well and the bed was a bit small for two people, but overall a great place.

We loved our stay here in this cave house/hotel. The location is quiet, peaceful and walking distance to Oia Santorini. The cave house gave us the authentic feel of being a local. The house is clean and spacious. There is a convenience store located near the entrance of the village where you can buy all your basic needs for the trip, and it is also well priced. We also rented a car in Santorini and parking in Finikia was not an issue as there were two parking lot available in the area. All in all, we loved our stay in this hotel. We had a great time. Will definitely consider to go back here again in the future.

It was a beautiful environment, peaceful and close to Finikia. I loved the cave design and it felt like a retreat to be there. Walking to Oia was easy and Sophia was super helpful with any information that I needed.

My husband and I stayed two nights in two different rooms (we decided to come a day early and the room we had booked for the following night was occupied), and both were spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and absolutely charming! The room we stayed in the first night had its own courtyard entrance and provided great privacy, our second night room had a lovely terrace with great views of the sweet little church across the lane and the sea in the distance. We especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast ready to go in the rooms' refrigerators, which meant that we could rise and eat them whenever we felt like it. Heliophos' owner, Sophia, is lovely and and has created a beautiful atmosphere. And I can't say enough about Finikia itself --- it's only a fifteen minute walk to Oia, but a world away. Oia has more spectacular views, but it's also super-overcrowded with tourists and feels somewhat unreal like Disneyland, whereas Finikia is still an authentic Greek village. My advice would be to walk into Oia for the views, but stay at Heliophos Boutique Caves in Finikia for a much more pleasant and genuine overall experience.
