It was an excellent hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful—a special thanks to Alejandra and also to a young guy (how I wish I would remember his name) at the concierge desk- who made my trip memorable by guiding me to do some fun things on this short trip.

It's just average. But you can't expect too much from this place. When I booked, Ctrip showed that taxes were included. When I checked out, they deducted the taxes without communicating with me. I argued with them, but the black person on the other end was very impatient. Later I contacted Ctrip (a little after midnight Beijing time), and the customer service still replied within seconds (thanks to the sense of security Ctrip gave me). The customer service asked me to call the hotel front desk to start communicating, and kept comforting me not to worry, saying that Ctrip was still reliable. The hotel was not good. In the end, they made a mistake and didn't even apologize to me. I should have asked for an apology at the time. I regret it!

Stayed for one night, the location is great, opposite the San Juan Civic Center, there are restaurants and food courts next to it, the environment is very good, the hotel is good value for money.
