Hotel Prima Reviews

The hotel location is excellent. It is within 15 minutes reach, by car, to the airport and down town. There is a wide range /types of food and cuisine close to the Hotel. Above all, the persons--in-charge of the Hotel are very friendly and helpful. Tracy, Daniel and their delicated staff had made sure that we felt at home during our stay. I am happy to recommend anyone who visit Sandakan to stay in Hotel Prima.

Small issues on getting in to the room as the hotel uses qr code to unlock the door, and the boiler seem to take a while to heat up before it's water is warm enough for a shower. Other than these, everything is good.

Nice place to stay while awaiting for your next trip. Near to many restaurant. The owner also practically available almost whole day. Clean room and hallway. Worth the price 🤭

Room was clean n people r friendly except d barcode system wasn’t so good. Sometimes I can’t get in n the worse thing is I couldn’t find my room as it says store room bigger than d room number. Can at least cover d word with a bigger room number

High tech door

The hotel is a bit far from the center. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff is polite. Because of the deposit, I had to go to the center and look for an exchange office. And there are only two of them in Sandakan. Stock up on cash in advance

This is the best place to stay if you want to be quiet.. it's not noisy at all.. you can rest peacefully. The room is also beautiful and spacious.
