There is still a smell of decoration in the hotel, and the decorative plants you see when you get out of the elevator on the floor are two small pots of green radishes, and the aura is a bit out of place; 2. I arrived at the store around 21:10 in the evening and asked about heating food, but was told that there was no microwave oven available and the restaurant was closed; 3. When Ctrip placed an order, the member benefits include late check-out and free room upgrades, but when I arrived at the store, I was told by the front desk that I could only upgrade the room type if the booked room type was full! How can this be explained? That's not what Ctrip says. Ramada can upgrade, but there is no upgrade here? very strange operation; 4. The structure of the room is very peculiar, as shown in Figure 1, the shooting angle is the door of the house, and the two beds are directly facing when the door is opened; 5. The drinking water is provided by Master Kong, which doesn’t match the house price; 6. The toiletries are not equipped with body lotion.

The room was lovely and clean and the staff amazing. Unfortunately I ended up quarantined and then having to move to a quarantine facility so the staff prepared a care package for me to take to the quarantine facility, including daily use items and snacks to get me through. 嘉琪 English name Carkey went above and beyond returning my training tickets and picking up things from the supermarket for me when I was initially quarantining at the hotel. She made sure that after my quarantine I could return to the hotel and use the nights I had booked and couldn't use. The location of the hotel is very good, other new hotels are too remote at the South Station. Two rooms were set, the room was large and new, and the sense of space was very good. Sound insulation is good, very quiet and reasonable. The front desk service is very good. If you have any needs, tell the front desk that you will be helped soon. I am very satisfied. The lobby manager enthusiastically gave us a discount and gave us breakfast as a gift for the third person. Breakfast was at the Yanhui Hall. The sumptuous meal was no less than a buffet at a five-star airport hotel. The handsome manager of the beverage department personally serves the guests. Parking at the hotel is convenient and safe, and several security guards are on duty day and night. Also helps guests with their luggage. The cleaning staff carefully cleans the room and replenishes supplies every day. Our trip to Sanmenxia made us deeply feel the hospitality and sincerity of the beautiful Henan people. It must be rated five stars.
