Beautiful views from our room. The staff was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. Convient for shopping and dining. Staff gave us a reccomendation for dinng that was excellent.

Our welcome was subdued with the signing of many consent forms. The orientation to our room (Honeymoon suite) turned out to be very inadequate. A mystery shower with so many knobs and jets, the bathroom was flooded before we could turn it off! We had to call reception numerous times for ice, bottled water, pool towels, turn down service, and to put up the patio umbrella! Very little service was automatic. In answering the automatically locked entry gate for all these requests I fell on a slippery wet deck, not a word from the employee seeing me on the ground: like are you ok? This was the most expensive hotel room we've ever stayed in (we're seniors) and although the location and views were spectacular, the hospitality left so much to be desired!

Our suite was stunning — peaceful, cave-style, with a private pool and breathtaking caldera views. Breakfast was fresh, and the front desk staff were helpful with transfers and check-out. Unfortunately, the hospitality at the pool bar was disappointing. On our first night, we invited two friends for pre-dinner drinks and were told we couldn’t sit at the bar or the restaurant — due to a private dinner that had taken over the space. We weren’t informed about this at check-in, and it was embarrassing in front of our guests. The bar staff were dismissive and unhelpful until we complained. Shockingly, the next night it happened again — this time just the two of us, again told we couldn’t sit by the pool for a cocktail. We paid €36 for two very poor mojitos and left. This is a hotel that’s all about the view, not the service. For the price, we expected a lot more warmth and flexibility. Sadly, we wouldn’t return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel and I am still raving about my experience The room was spacious and comfortable with stunning views that made me feel like I was on top of the world The staff were friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable

I stayed at Santorini Secrets Suites and Spa with my daughter and was extremely pleased with the facility and the staff. They could not have been more pleasant, accommodating and friendly. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there was confusion about our reservations but that they were working with our tour company. We were given this amazing suite. Not only did it have a private infinity pool but also an aroma room. The breakfast was amazing. My only negative was that the water pressure in both the shower and the aroma room was weak. I highly recommend Santorini Suites and Spa
