This is our 3rd stay at Astro Palace Hotel, Fira, Santorini. It has become like a home away from home for us since we first stayed there in 2022, then in 2023, and now in 2025. The property is incredibly well maintained. Their staff wonderfully and professionally trained, and they provide one of the best customer services we've ever experienced in all our global journeys. Our special thanks to Hope and Catherine, respectively, for their wonderful care. We also send our thanks to the barman (his name escapes me) and the restaurant staff, too. This is a hotel that just opened. The facilities are very new. The bed is very big and it is very comfortable to sleep. The air conditioner and air purifier are very powerful. The bathroom is relatively large. The water is clean and has no odor. The hot water comes very quickly! ^ ^ You can contact the hotel in advance to arrange airport pick-up! Although the breakfast is classic white rice, it is relatively delicious. In addition to the buffet, you can also ask the staff to order ^_^ I like the hotel's cappuccino very much☕️It's delicious! The location is also very good. It's about 15 minutes walk from the Internet celebrity refrigerator store and 8 minutes walk from Fira Station. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and upgraded us to the sunrise room type for free. The hotel is very clean and the swimming pool is cleaned every day. It's just that the weather is very cold and you can't go in the water. You can take a shower! ! ! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

There was no fruit that day, and I asked the staff to finish it. It’s a five-star hotel and more than 2,000 a night. It’s true that they didn’t add breakfast when it’s gone... I stayed in this hotel for a week. A few minutes walk from the center of Fira. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-kept like all the rooms. Abundant breakfast and excellent service. The staff were very kind, from the reception to the guys at the pool bar. I couldn't have made a better choice. Super recommended

Magnificent hotel, luxurious with welcoming and attentive staff, the breakfast buffet is excellent and varied. The rooms are top notch, the pool is superb! The hotel is a 6-minute walk from the city center, far from the noise but the journey has a slope and requires a little physical effort.
