The service at the front desk was extremely bad, half-hearted. It was like I owed her money before, she was very impatient in talking and doing things, and the breakfast was also very ordinary. It was a very bad stay. The hotels listed on Ctrip are worse than each other. Do they not review them at all? If it is a hotel, they will put it on the platform.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The staff and the location really make this hotel stand out. We got engaged while staying here and the view from our room's patio (Althaea) was the perfect place for a quiet, private proposal. The staff were so supportive and Alex even filmed the proposal and he and Eva helped us out by taking photos of us after. The cave room is cozy, water pressure in the shower is great, the breakfast each day was lovely. Room felt spotless. Loved this hotel and hope to return one day! The hotel is situated right in the middle of Oia but feels quiet and peaceful.

You cannot beat the location and views from this property. Yes there are a lot of steps to get here and move around the property so be forewarned, but most all of Santorini has a ton of steps. The owners took their time to check in on how we were doing and recommend places to eat. The bartender Nikos (who also delivered our (huge and delicious) breakfast to our terrace each morning) was super friendly, and thank goodness for Alby who got our luggage up and down the mountain (upon arrival and departure) with ease and a smile. A very pleasant place to stay in Oia.

Staying at Pezoules of Oia in Santorini was an unforgettable experience. The views from our terrace were absolutely breathtaking, with the caldera and sunset in the distance. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and felt like a luxurious retreat. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel at home with personalized touches. The peaceful location in Oia was perfect for relaxing, yet close enough to explore the village. If you’re looking for a dreamy getaway in Santorini, Pezoules is the place to stay!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and staff! The location is right in the caldera with spectacular views, watched the sunset colors sitting on the terrace. I loved that it’s a small boutique hotel , quiet yet everything is close by. The bellhop took our luggage up and down the stairs, so grateful for his help. Very clean , spacious suite, comfortable bed, very nice soft towels too, they smelled fresh! There’s an infinity pool, bar , the entire property is clean and beautiful and charming! Miko brought breakfast every morning, he sets the table and serves the food, I felt very pampered by every single person who works there. Stella and Argyro are just lovely, so helpful, beautiful young ladies. I researched so many properties in Oia and chose Pezoules for many reasons. It was the best decision as we had the most amazing stay and I hope to go back in the near future! Thank you all for making our stay so memorable and special! Sonia D

Our favourite place to stay in the world! We have been coming to Pezoules yearly for nearly a decade. Dimitri and his beautiful wife Mariela have become like family to us. Their property is absolutely beautiful and the views are among the best in Santorini. Breakfast served on your private deck with views of the caldera is breathtaking. We’re already planning our next trip back. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We chose this hotel after a lot of research, and we were not disappointed. The views are out of this world. The staff is attentive, polite, and professional. The girls at the reception were very helpful in booking our tours and restaurants. Our cave suite was very clean, cozy, and wonderfully decorated. Breakfast, served every morning on our terrace, was plentiful and delicious! We will definitely come back. Thank you, Pezoules, for the wonderful stay!
