Wow! Words can hardly describe how amazing this place is. Location is absolutely spot on and the views from the balcony/ suite are incredible. The best thing though about staying here is the amazing staff who are some of the nicest people I have met on my travels and there attention to detail is second to none! They couldn’t do enough for us between taking our luggage, delivering our breakfast/ cleaning the room and making us feel so welcome when we arrived. We stayed in the penthouse suite and the balcony overlooking the caldera with the hot tub was like something you dream of. Waking up in the mornings and seeing that sight is something I will never forget. 10/10 for Staff, Suite, Food and location and I will certainly be back.

The cleanliness, hospitality, and view were spectacular. Athena was always available to assist with questions. The availability to order breakfast and Philip was awesome with our luggage. The service from the daily maid was great!!!!!

Wow!! What can I say, amazing location (prime spot to watch the Sunset from the terrace) and the property is out of this world, so beautiful. Customer service from Athena and team was amazing - breakfast really great too. Would highly recommend booking through their website - you will not be disappointed!! My husband and I stayed here for four nights on our honeymoon and it couldn't have been more perfect. I searched high and low for the best villa in Santorini with a private hot tub and a view of the caldera for my honeymoon and I'm so happy we found Thera Villas. The villas are in the perfect location and the staff is phenomenal -- Athena was the sweetest and so responsive! We're already dreaming of coming back for future anniversaries!

Amazing experience at Thera Villas! Our host Athena was very friendly and always ready to help us with any questions. We stayed at the Mansionette room, with Jacuzzi inside and outside the room! With the best view of Fira. We passed by other hotels there but nothing compared to Thera villas view and accommodation. Breakfast comes with many options and delicious! Thank you Athena and the staff that made our stay very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at Thera Villas to the fullest. The maisonette villa is very stylish, with contemporary furniture and modern details. The sunset view is extraordinary, the hot tubs indoor and outdoor are amazing and service in general was perfect. We will definitely come back again.

Wow!Just Amazing! Perfect views of the caldera from our terrace and pool/jacuzzi, just stunning! Great breakfast served on the terrace, clean and well looked after villa with attention to details. Good air conditioning and amenities. Athena is the perfect host and nothing is a problem, she is happy to help to make your stay perfect. I would definitely recommend to stay here and we cannot wait to return. Thank you 🙏 🌅
