Great experience..accomodating staff..keep it up

Needs a bit of work of maintenance since it’s in a region of high humidity so mold is a constant issue. Good breakfast.

The hotel environment is good and clean. There is a shopping mall and supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The service attitude of the hotel front desk staff is also very good. I will choose it next time.

TOP hotel! Well-planned, airy, spacious room with air conditioning installed in a strategic location (corridor between bathroom/bedroom). Friendly, attentive receptionists! Great breakfast.

It was a great stay, the services were very good!

At check-in, the service was rushed without carefully explaining how the hotel works. The room was pleasant, although small, the bed linen was dirty (some laundry problem I believe), the TV control was broken. Despite the problems, staff responded quickly to requests. Breakfast had to be booked in advance.

Good, I liked

The hotel has new facilities and is well located. The service from the reception and restaurant staff is excellent and very fast. We had a problem with cleaning, the room wasn't exactly clean when we arrived and there were stains on the sheets suggesting they hadn't been changed. The pool is on the roof, but it is not very big and there is not much space for sunbathing. Despite being heated, it was very cold in our accommodation and very dirty.

Esperava um pouco mais pela faixa de preço. As roupas de cama estavam manchadas ou sujas e havia cabelo na fronha. O café da manhã é bom, mas alguns itens são de muito baixa qualidade. Os queijos indicados como Prato e muçarela não eram queijos e sim processados. É o primeiro hotel que eu vejo servir processado como se fosse queijo. Nem em hoteis muito baratos se vê isso.
