The cost was nearly 200 yuan higher than the five-star hotel Four Points by Sheraton in Shanghai where I stayed three days before the Chinese New Year. The service staff is the only one that is okay, the hotel has the worst physical examination in all aspects!

The room conditions are very average, still three stars, and it feels like a B&B. The bed was not comfortable and very basic. The surrounding environment is also quite poor, close to the road. All in all, I booked multiple hotels during the Chinese New Year. This is the worst one.

Once again, it shows that the training and management of hotel staff are not in place. This incident seriously affected my stay experience and violated my right to privacy. I hope that the person in charge of the hotel will see my complaint and handle the compensation accordingly. According to relevant laws and regulations, natural persons have the right to privacy. The customer has paid the room fee and checked into the hotel, which has formed a contractual relationship. This contractual relationship requires The hotel provides guests with corresponding services, including cleaning services, and of course, guests staying there without being disturbed. The guest room belongs to the guest's private space during the rental period. Intrusion without permission is an invasion of privacy.
