Good: The best value for money place we've stayed thus far. The location is near to sanya station and within other touristy spot. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious as well. Can be improved: the only downside I experienced is that their Wi-Fi requires you to have a china local number for receiving sms OTP for connecting to their hotel Wi-Fi. My VPN also doesn't work their hotel Wi-Fi.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The front desk staff is extremely rude. They are supposed to be a 5-star hotel, but they are just a fake 5-star hotel. My boyfriend and I came here for the bodybuilding competition, paying a lot of money to stay 4 nights. We were so excited to come here, but the minute we arrived, they were rude. The outside pool that is supposed to be free is unusable. They don't even speak English. I was so disappointed in this hotel. I feel sorry for people spending and wasting their money on this fake 5-star resort. The only good thing about this hotel was the buffet breakfast. The staff there were really nice and helpful. The rest of the hotel was just so old and fake. It was also my first time in Sanya, and this hotel just made my stay so disappointing. The lighting in the hotel rooms and hallways is so dark. As a woman, you want to put on your makeup with good lighting in the bathrooms, but it was so dark I couldn’t even do my makeup. Also, I couldn’t do my online business meetings because the light was so dark. Our room was on “Do not disturb@ and the waiter or cleaning lady just walked in and kept knocking on our door. The bedding gave me a rash on my arm

Have an exhibition to attend just right next to the hotel, walking distance within 50m. Superb ideal for me. Room cleanliness, stuffs, amenities, facilities are undoubtedly satisfied.

This was my second time coming to the Mangrove tree resort and I can’t stress more how amazing this resort is! The first time I came I haven’t seen the street food street but this was a wonderful surprise because you don’t even have to leave the resort to eat out which I found really convenient! Definitely a place to consider when going to Sanya!
