I had a wonderful stay at the resort! The facilities were great and everything was clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Asia — she was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Her support truly made my experience even better. Highly recommended!

Super nice and relaxing resort I would recommend us to anyone to staff are so responsive and pleasant and will go out of their way to make your trip as memorable as possible. The staff even recommended a free photo shoot for us which was just great and we had a 24 seven on the call assistant named Abby to support thank you so much for making our trip in Sanya amazing

Wanda reign was a perfect stay for us. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Haitang bay is a great beach to sit and watch the waves and it was not crowded at all. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. The staff here were terrific. Helpful in every way, especially Danny and Fanny who were available at all times to answer questions and help us set up things to do. Highly recommend

Very helpful staffs, good rates during dragonboat festival, not much noise and crowd which is great. The outdoor pool was heated which was great and comfortable.. connects to the other Wanda hotel which is bigger (apartment style hotel) where we had the photoshoot inclusive in the room package. Room was huge and the personalized butler is very proactive to needs. Lovely stay - I would recommend this!

We rented a villa with a private pool. The location is splendid, and the common areas are of a high standard. The villa is well-maintained but showing its age. The pool lacks a sufficient pump to keep it clean. During our stay, the garden was not well-kept, with dead flowers everywhere. The breakfast was decent but nothing exceptional. The staff was friendly.

Very nice hotel with good location. magnificent hotel decoration. The two bedroom villa is just incredible for a family stay. Very good breakfast. Very friendly reception staff.
one point to improve for Europeans: no one speaks English at reception. Thank you for this superb stay.
