定了海棠灣這個別墅，平台明明顯示不衹一個房源在售，老闆電話説沒有房源，熱心的幫忙找房源，真的是一個客户都不能放棄！最後把我們從海棠灣折騰到三亞灣，這個房子真的是一言難盡，看上去裝修風格很好，我同意入住，之前老闆推薦了三個房源臟亂差啊）我明明花了獨棟別墅的錢，最後被搞到這個破房子來，1.這是一個商業樓，這個隔音不要太差，隔壁男人講話感覺就是在我這個房間講話一樣，隔壁衹要凱熱水器我這個房間就轟鳴聲2.這個房間的衞生簡直糟糕，我入住的時候衹有一個小區裏管帶看房的小哥哥打掃衞生，後來小哥哥説他會幫忙預約第二天早上保潔人員來打掃，結果第二天他們老闆娘就擔心保潔貴攔住他，自己跑到我們房間來説要親自給我們打掃，一點誠意都沒有，她就是賭我們不好意思使喚她，我們家人果真善良的沒好意思讓她親自打掃，全家6個小時幹了一上午保潔！3.這個房間全全部的窗子都超工地，且沒有陽台，晾衣服衹能在走廊裏，開窗灰大不開窗悶！後來跟這幫忙預訂的老闆聯繫她退了我600！再後來發微信都不回了…………哎，本次三亞遊最大的敗筆！jin

這是我訂這麼多年酒店最噁心的一家。強烈不推薦我正常在平台上定的，她説這個平台她都不用了。説我訂的便宜了。然後給我找了一套還沒收拾好的房，洗衣機都沒有。我們進去的時候房間衞生間又臟又亂。窗簾沒有拿床單遮的，房子對面就是施工的，晚上都是施工工人住對面巨不安全。而且特別特別特別吵。我抱着出門多一事不如少一事的態度，想着就算了。沒想到還遇到一個黑心賣家，衞生間溢水出來，也沒有擦地的毛巾。就把浴巾吸水，説我把浴巾弄臟了扣錢。這都算了，一個破抱枕還要説是我們弄壞的。反正這個平台你們不是也不用了，能看見這個評論的朋友。千萬別訂他家。掙得都是黑心錢！房不對版，收按金，惡意扣按金！周圍都是工地，千萬別住！
