Fantastic room with a balcony! Very clean and quiet. The pools were very nice and the hotel is very close to the beach. The breakfast was also nice with a large variety of foods to try. I recommend this hotel.

A Perfect Anniversary Getaway at Conifer Bay Resort, Sanya Our recent stay at Conifer Bay Resort in Sanya was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a world of beauty, comfort, and exceptional service. We stayed in a Seaview room on the 17th floor, and the view was absolutely breathtaking — a sweeping panorama of the resort and the stunning coastline. Waking up to the sight of the ocean and relaxing on the balcony with such a serene backdrop made each day feel like paradise. One of the standout experiences was the rooftop swimming pool. Not only was the setting luxurious and stylish, but the food and drinks available there were spot on. It was the perfect place to unwind, soak in the sun, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Special thanks to Vivian, the executive hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration remarkable. Her thoughtful touches and warm hospitality made us feel incredibly special. Conifer Bay Resort is a place we’ll definitely return to — a perfect blend of natural beauty, modern luxury, and heartfelt service. A must-visit if you’re in Sanya!

Booked a triple room. The amenities , infinity pool and cantilever pool is awesome. breakfast is nice, many selection, 3rd person bed is not that comfortable. Suitable for kids but not for adult. Worth the value !!

Cosy hotel with 2 infinity pool on roof and indore pool as well. Staff update room to seaview suite for free! Unfortunately sauna not working, hope next time when comeback it start working and we can enjoy it!

First time staying at Sanya Kangnian Hotel, feeling very good and satisfied. Clean and spacious rooms and warm and attentive service. Beautiful setting, rooftop pool was a surprise and great for photos, recommended. Special thanks to Kangnian Housekeeper Zhiyuan for his warm service.|

Sanya Conifer Hotel was THE BEST! The view from the rooftop bar and pool is insanely beautiful. We got upgrade to a sea view room on arrival. This was such a treat. The room was big and spacious with a bath tub on the balcony. They also gave complimentary fruit and water. The whole hotel was so clean. Buffet breakfast was included and had a very big Chinese and Western variety. Right infront of the hotel is a beach where you are allowed to swim. The sun set from the beach and the hotel is very nice. I would recommend this hotel! The staff also tried to assist and help as much as they could. One day it was raining and we got umbrellas to use. We also booked in at 12:00 pm and the staff was ready to assist us even at that time of the night.

Amazing sea view, very clean, buffet breakfast was great, helpful people. Rooftop pool was exceptional. Will stay again.

The hotel is very big, and the staffs are very helpful. But there are not many shops around there.

I am here third time and will come again for the experience. Good prompt service. I wish the garden pool was working. Roof top pool is great. Warm pool on the roof is more popular in this season then the cold one but should make sure the water is cleaned well with so many swimmers and kids.

Pretty good environment with nice and spacious room. The breakfast buffet is good as well with local Hainan dishes.

Beautiful view and spacious environment, despite a bit dated. Service was fabulous and you would have a helper where you could make service request or ask questions via WeChat with timely response. The Spa is a plus. Worth the price and will come back again.
