This is a rubbish hotel. The hardware is old, but the service is ridiculously bad.
1. The credit card was swiped incorrectly when checking in. If I hadn't set a limit, I would have almost paid for the room twice.
2. The bill was calculated incorrectly when checking out. The mini bar was inexplicably doubled.
3. The deposit has not been returned for several days after checking out. When I asked, they said it had been processed.
4. I lost something in the room. Just a few hours later, I went to ask and it was gone. I couldn't find it at all. When I asked again, the repeater told me that it was gone. I couldn't tell which cleaning staff I asked.
5. I called to ask for something, and they told me to wait for a while, and then they hung up the phone and made me wait for ten minutes.
It's too outrageous. It's so bad that it's hard to believe that this is the management level of Marriott.

The room is big, the living room and bed room are separated, the WiFi is OK, video chat sometimes gets stuck, but basic office work is not a big problem. There is a kitchen and basic kitchenware. There is a balcony, you can sit on the balcony to enjoy the breeze and the scenery, but it is a bit noisy on the road side.

Wish I could've stayed longer!
Marriott Executive Apartments really saved our trip after a flight cancellation! Jackson and Fabio were so lovely and accomodating when we checked in, giving us waters, candies, and great recommendations for the following day. It was a great breakfast (and the 2 bedroom apartment was huge!) and then we stored our bags and walked around the park, which I highly recommend! The only blip in the radar was the price of the taxi to the airport, which the front desk person arranged and said R$2300 and that credit card was okay, but the driver said that was the cash price, and the card price for R$2800. The driver gave me the Marriott quoted price, but I would make sure to confirm and check if using this service. It was too quick a trip to check out the gym and the pool unfortunately.
Thank you to the Marriott hotel staff for being so great to us!
