Nice hotel, clean room, close to Paulista av., good breakfast. Front desk staff was really helpful. Everything was good, would stay again.

I woke up at 7:30 on Sunday to the cleaning ladies talking super loudly in the hallway! They were there for almost half an hour, banging on doors and chatting!! I almost went out to ask for silence, but I thought it best not to stress myself out. I'm just not going back!!

Cleanliness, breakfast, service, very good... Only parking left something to be desired.

The hotel is located in a street full of life, with a small restaurant where locals eat next to it. The entrance of the hotel is relatively small, but the overall design is quite exquisite. The space of the lobby and lobby bar is also quite small, but the service at the front desk is very good, and they also helped us book tickets for the art gallery. The room is divided into a study and a bedroom, with a large space and a wide view. In short, the experience is quite good.

The interior of the room is very nice, clean and tidy. The front desk area is a bit cramped and the overall building is very compact. It feels like a renovated hotel with a restaurant on the first floor. The elevator is special. One complaint is that there are only steps and no slopes from the entrance to the hotel, so if you have a lot of luggage, you need to carry it up yourself.

First of all, when checking in to the hotel, there are about ten steps at the door. If you are twisting two suitcases, it will be fatal. Secondly, why there are 3 beds in the room, but only one person can be selected when booking online, and the other person needs to be charged extra after arriving at the store, then what does it mean to have 3 single beds and 1 person check-in online? Since there are 3 beds, and only 1 person can be selected to check in. Why put 3 beds? This is obviously an extra charge. There are two of us, and an extra 60 reais was charged after arriving at the store. Why can't this operation be directly selected online? We have 2 pieces of luggage. Planning to store, I have been to Brazil so many times and have never encountered any hotel charging luggage storage fees. This hotel charges 10 reais per piece of luggage per day. The key reason is that when you sign the form, you are not told that there is such a fee. We thought it was just a receipt so that we could take the luggage when we got it. As a result, we were notified the next day that we would be charged. It's ridiculous. In short, the experience is very bad. The room is on the first floor, very close to the front desk. It's very noisy. I will not stay here again.

Very well located hotel, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds, super clean bed linen and towels. The breakfast is delicious and has many varieties. Although it does not have its own parking lot, there are 2 parking lots very close by.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the bustling area, 1 km walk from the art gallery, very cost-effective, except for a little noise, everything else is very good, next time I go back to pick it up

It's quite old, the location is quite remote, the surrounding facilities are very poor, there are no places to eat, the service is still OK, there was a power outage in the room during the stay, and candles were arranged. The breakfast is the same every day. I almost ate dirt after staying for seven or eight days. It was just bread every day~

Very clean, as was the service. I didn't like the parking, which is outsourced (30 reais per day), very cramped, and not right next to the hotel. The location is good, close to Paulista Avenue, but not within walking distance. The breakfast is great, but some items run out quickly and are never replenished. The value is good, and I would return if needed.
