Nice hotel in a safe area. Shopping and eating right around the corner. Only surprising part was how tiny the room was. Felt like being on a cruise ship.

Second time staying in this hotel. Very friendly staff, large variety of food for breakfast. It’s a block away from subway station, walking distance from a lot of stores and good restaurants.

The hotel is extremely clean, organized, all the staff are super helpful, they always served us in a very respectful and polite manner. The breakfast is wonderful, I loved being able to eat eggs and bacon in the morning among other wonderful things. Extremely pleasant region, especially for its wide range of restaurants for those who like to eat good food, what can I say? Located in the Jardins region of São Paulo, the region is spectacular and the hotel provides an excellent service.

Good location, good service, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, very good breakfast, and the only drawback was the air conditioning control that didn't work.

Well located hotel, close to Oscar Freire. Service at reception a little rude when checking in. Good size room for 2 people, excellent size bed. Clean and fragrant towels. Only the bathroom sinks splash a lot of water to the sides. Good shower!

Terrible service at reception!! Totally unprepared to receive guests!!! I do not recommend !!!!

Super agradável apesar do quarto ser pequeno. Mas suficiente. Me atendeu muito bem.
