Check-in is incredibly bureaucratic: I've been to Trip about ten times (since the time it was affiliated with the Ramada chain) and this time it was even better: not even when I was visiting the American CIA did I need to provide so many documents, take so many photos of myself and my wife, etc. I showed the paperwork but it was of no use to Doorman Manuel. Room 165 where I stayed on this and other occasions is increasingly decadent: the familiar old tap (hot water) in the sink is dripping, the hand towel hook is broken, the canopy light blinking, weak fridge (the ice cream I put in the freezer melted), broken window lock, old and bad-looking towels, paint and floor full of scratches/stains. Bad experience: a shame!

First and probably last time I will host through Trip. Zero assistance during the trip, facilities not as advertised. I felt robbed, disrespected by that hotel that isn't a hotel, and I'm still trying to reach an agreement with Trip so as not to legally try to resolve the accommodation's bluff. Worst experience to date. I don't recommend it even to my enemy. Ad as a hotel and it wasn't a hotel, ad for a kitchen, but without a stove or a napkin, a broken coffee maker, it advertises that it has parking, but you have to pay separately, one bluff after another... zero assistance from this Charlie, there is no clear information, everything is implicit. Never ! One bluff after another, Police case!!! If I had known about this review I would have taken a photo of the ad, and where I ended up.

O quarto precisa de melhorias, está muito antigo e visivelmente necessitando de reforma. Segundo a reserva, deveria haver secador de cabelo disponível no quarto, mas não havia. Isso fez com que minha namorada tivesse que dormir com o cabelo molhado e acabou resfriada. Além disso, a equipe do Charlie sequer respondeu à solicitação e o WhatsApp não funciona durante o final de semana, o que dificulta o contato. Por outro lado, o pessoal da recepção foi educado e atencioso.

Faltou uma cafeteira e a chaleira tbém não funcionou. Nas demais coisas atendeu nossa expectativa. Minha colega já havia se hospedado no mesmo hotel, contudo, disse que naquele tinha além da cafeteira um Micro-ondas onde esquentou pizza.
