The room is clean and big. The twin beds are very comfortable. Although there are no free drinks, there is a microwave oven to use. The hotel is near the Tanukikoji Market and eatery places.

Last minute Snow Festival booking, on the pricier side but the double bed fit us fine. No water or coffee in the room, also no breakfast. However, it’s only a short walk to the station and lots of good food around. Would recommend.

Great stay as always. Very clean, strong water pressure, comfortable beds and pillows, room had adjustable thermostat that worked well. A good, quiet night’s rest!

This is a fantastic hotel. Stayed in the Force room with 4 beds. Sufficient space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Location might be a little faraway from Sapporo station, but it is near to all the food and shopping. Its better to walk 20-30 mins from Sapporo Station but just 5-10 mins to food and shopping.
Hotel provides alot of essentials free flow in the lobby, including mouth wash, facial wash, etc. Clean and nice accomodation!

This 3 star hotel exceeds my expectation in view of the price paid. Though slightly further from main sapporo station, it is within distance to the susukino food and shopping district. Will recommend friends to stay there should they visit sapporo.

It was a nice hotel, we had the deluxe room which give us enough space for 2 pax. It is quite close to Odori Station, but take some effort if u need to walk with luggage in the snow.

While Koko Hotel is located near many attractions, such as Tanukikouji and Odori Park, as well as several convenience stores, it was slightly difficult to find coming out of Odori station. Staff did not speak good English, but made great efforts to try to overcome the language barrier nonetheless while staying professional, which I appreciate.
