"A perfect hotel!! The location is incredible, right inside the reserve with a beautiful mountain view. The hotel service is excellent — they know a little English and are very service-oriented. They upgraded us for free to a huge room. There’s bed heating, floor heating, and plenty of hot water. The room itself was huge and beautiful with everything you need. The hotel has a restaurant that’s really delicious, and there’s always tea and candy available to take. They helped us understand which trails to do and how to get everywhere in the reserve. One night, one of us felt altitude sickness, and they helped us a lot with an oxygen machine and excellent service with genuine care. Overall, a top-tier hotel."

"From check-in to check-out, everything was thoughtful. The concierge and front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, even thoughtfully preparing brown sugar ginger tea and welcome fruits. Facilities: The hotel has a 24-hour medical oxygen bar, and just 10 minutes there quickly relieves altitude sickness. The rooms have a diffuse medical oxygen supply, which lowers the perceived altitude to about 2700 meters, allowing for a good night's sleep. Service: As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a butler helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room after check-in. The next morning, when we were checking out, the front desk proactively asked if we needed help with our luggage, which was a very thoughtful touch. Hygiene: The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, was clean, tidy, and well-ventilated. The lobby was also kept spotless at all times. The airport shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, and booking certain room types includes a free airport drop-off, making it the best choice for return journeys."

"The room was very clean and hygienic! The curtains were also a pleasant color, blocked out light perfectly, and were great for sleeping. The front desk staff was very friendly; if I needed anything, I just told them and they arranged it. Next time I'm in town, it's definitely worth staying here again!"

Everyone is welcome to stay!
"The room was beautiful and clean, with diffused oxygen and a humidifier. Even with the underfloor heating on at night, it wasn't cold. I flew directly into Yading airport and staying here, I didn't experience any altitude sickness and slept soundly (though this varies from person to person, I personally don't usually get much altitude sickness). You can see the snow-capped mountains right outside the window 🏔️. Both breakfast and dinner were great; the lady in the kitchen cooked delicious food and had a wonderful attitude. The owner was also very kind; on my second day, when I needed to store my luggage and climb, he proactively offered to help me take it to the bus after I came down, saving me the trouble of getting on and off the bus twice. Staying here on the second day for a longer hike also helps avoid getting confused by the mountain shuttle bus, as it only takes about twenty minutes to reach the drop-off point. All in all, it was a perfect trip! I highly recommend staying here!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yading. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the bus station for the hiking trails and incredible mountain views. The owner was such a legend! He was incredibly friendly and hospitable, always happy to help. We got breakfast and dinner provided for an extra cost, both very yummy and generous portions! Our room was very clean, spacious, and very comfortable, the bed was especially cosy. Thank you again for such a great stay!"

"This time, we drove to Daocheng Yading, and this hotel stay was excellent in all aspects. The service was particularly warm and welcoming. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and offered great value for money. They also provide free shuttle service to the scenic spots, which was a huge plus. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak; if that were improved, it would be perfect."

"The room was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, offering great value for money. The guesthouse's location is excellent, right across from the bridge in Shangri-La town, providing a beautiful view. Waking up and taking a stroll on the bridge to see the clear stream was truly idyllic. It's also not far from the Daocheng Yading scenic area, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, they have an underground parking lot with slow charging stations, which was incredibly convenient."

"The room offers a stunning view and a strong sense of wabi-sabi design. The vanity is the second largest I've ever seen, after only the Ritz-Carlton Reserve. The bathing area is very spacious and uncrowded, with good attention to detail; all the plumbing is hidden. The overall sense of space is excellent. The minibar is well-stocked with drinks. It's quite close to the Yading scenic area, only a 16-minute drive for us. Because it was raining, the staff thoroughly explained all the essential items we'd need, which I really appreciated. 🙏"

"Value for money. Exceptional hospitality. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. This was my second stayed after moved out from Yading Village. They greeting me with big smile. The couples also very helpful in getting me the transportation into the national park as well as to the airport. I had a very pleasant stayed towards entire journey and this place is highly recommended. Sometimes is the people who makes you remember the most."

"The hotel was really great. There’s an elevator, so no need to worry about carrying luggage up the stairs. We arrived at ฺBus Stop 2 and the hotel staff came out to help us with our bags — plus we were warmly greeted by an adorable dog! We chose a triple room, and the space was comfortable and sufficient for everyone. Our room faced the front with a beautiful mountain view. The beds also had electric mattress warmers, which made our sleep very cozy. Breakfast was good, and the stir-fried vegetables were delicious. They also provide hiking poles that guests can borrow."
