"This was an excellent stay! The guesthouse is located right in the heart of the scenic area, very close to Polaris Square, making it convenient for visiting various attractions and watching the bonfire party at night. The room's decor, furnishings, facilities, and cleanliness were all top-notch – we were very comfortable. The owner was incredibly kind. It was raining on the day we arrived, and we called him for directions from the park entrance to his place. He enthusiastically guided us on how to drive our car right into the courtyard, saving us from getting wet and having to take the park shuttle. When we arrived, our room was still being cleaned, so the owner kindly gave us a rundown of the scenic area's attractions and suggested we drop off our luggage and start exploring, which saved us a lot of time. After a tiring day of sightseeing, we asked for a restaurant recommendation, and he pointed us to a fantastic eatery where we had a very satisfying meal. On our departure day, the owner warmly invited us to visit again and even gave us some local specialty drinks as a gift. It was truly a wonderful accommodation experience, and we will definitely stay here again if we have the chance!"

"We had an unforgettable two-day, two-night stay in Mohe Arctic Village, and choosing Shiye Zhiyou was the best decision we made. The manager, Xinxin, was efficient, warm, and accommodating, always ready to help with seamless communication. The staff members were also very attentive and customer-focused. The rooms were clean and exquisite, with a charming rustic touch. What truly impressed me were the details: unlimited bottled water, various disposable toiletries, automatic foam hand soap – everything you could think of, and even things you hadn't, were readily available. This level of thoughtful comfort is something I haven't experienced in so many other hotels. The breakfast delivery staff knocked on time, but only once, to avoid disturbing sleepy guests. This gentle restraint was more touching than any standard service protocol. We went mushroom picking in the morning and enjoyed a concert in the evening, all perfectly arranged. This hotel alone makes me want to return to Arctic Village. Next time I visit, I'll definitely stay here again."

"I absolutely love this guesthouse! It's clean, comfortable, and they thoughtfully provide disposable toiletries for guests. The decor makes it feel like you're staying in a cabin abroad. The breakfast is delicious too. There's even a little courtyard outside the guesthouse that's perfect for photos, you can even try the 'splashing water into ice' trick there. I'll definitely stay here again next time! 😊"

"The loft room we stayed in was very spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, helping us sleep soundly. The front desk lady was exceptionally warm and cheerful, providing service with a constant smile. Upon check-in, we received a small souvenir bag, and when we checked out, they gave us an aurora quicksand fridge magnet, plus a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. All in all, it was a fantastic experience."
