"First, the good points: The room was spacious and very quiet. The breakfast was incredibly fresh, especially the fruit – I had the sweetest Hami melon! The service was also excellent; the front desk lady was exceptionally sweet and really showed us the generosity and warmth of the Xinjiang people. The hotel's air conditioning was super effective, providing much-needed coolness in the scorching 50-degree summer heat. Now for the downsides: The hot water in the shower was never hot. I took a shower on a summer afternoon and shivered from the cold. Later that evening, I had my son take a quick rinse, and even he felt the cold and opted not to wash his hair. Also, the shower floor was very slippery, but there was no anti-slip mat. While there was a tissue box in the room, it was empty. Plus, there were mosquitoes but no mosquito repellent. My son and I both got bitten after our showers. Luckily, I travel a lot for work and always have my own mosquito repellent in my luggage, which I plugged in. Otherwise, we would have been bitten much more. These issues definitely need improvement."

"This stay experience is perfect! The moment you open the door, a fresh breath hits you in the face. The marble floor is as smooth as a mirror, the bedding is smooth as new, and even the decorative ornaments in the corners are spotless. Every detail shows the hotel's professionalism and care. The parking lot is well planned and the signs are clear, so you can easily find a space even if it is your first visit. Free parking tickets are also provided when you leave. The biggest surprise was the breakfast session, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, the freshly cooked noodle soup was fresh and rich, the freshly baked bread was soft and sweet, and the freshly ground coffee was fragrant. You could feel the chef's superb cooking skills in every bite. From the environment to the service, it's impeccable. Next time I come here on a business trip, this hotel will definitely be my best choice!"
