"The hotel's ski package is really great value for money, and the hotel environment is also nice. Although it's a bit far from the ski resort, there's a shuttle bus, so it's not too bad, and you hardly have to wait. The ski slopes are plentiful but the number of people is moderate, and there are always staff members in the ski equipment hall to help you. The skiing experience is excellent. The hotel rooms have basic amenities, and the heating is very strong and warm, but they are extremely dry. The breakfast food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the included hot spring tickets are a good deal; soaking in the hot spring after skiing is very relaxing. However, the service needs improvement. The shuttle bus to the high-speed rail station is infrequent, and the time and location are unreliable. They said it would depart at 3 PM, but when I asked the hotel staff if it was on time, they weren't sure. When I walked over and saw the bus arrive, it drove off without waiting a second, which was quite frustrating."

"The hotel is strategically located, eating and shopping around are extremely convenient, the hotel is not big, but the construction is very special, scattered roofs, red roofs and gray walls, looking like a characteristic building from a distance. Parking is also very convenient, the room is large, very spacious and fully equipped. The service is warm and thoughtful. It is especially worth mentioning that the breakfast seems to be not much, but it is actually everything. "Excellent environment The hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by picturesque scenery. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was struck by the magnificent decor—luxurious yet warm. The lobby lounge area is thoughtfully decorated, with plenty of greenery and comfortable sofas, allowing me to relax while checking in. Complete Facilities The room was warm and comfortable, with every amenity I could think of. The bed was incredibly large, with a mattress that was just the right firmness, and a variety of fluffy pillows, making it incredibly comfortable. The room also had a large smart TV with a wide selection of movies and TV shows. The bathroom even had a bathtub. Intimate Service The hotel service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt their warmth, and check-in was incredibly quick. Ms. Zheng recommended the best room type and even upgraded me. Five stars! I'm definitely staying here again. Cleanliness I was also very impressed with the cleanliness, which required a five. The room was thoroughly cleaned, leaving every corner spotless. The sheets and quilts are changed after each stay, and even have a faint scent of laundry detergent. The bathroom is odorless, and the mirror is so bright you can even see your reflection, which shows how strict the hotel's hygiene practices are. This stay at this hotel was truly amazing, exceeding my expectations! If you're visiting this area, definitely stay at this hotel; trust me, you won't be disappointed."

"The family traveled there and said it objectively: the hotel's location, hygiene, and service were all good, and the disposable supplies were also considerate. However, because the river outside the hotel was under repair, the noise was quite loud. At 11 o'clock at night, the machinery was still humming and working... At the same time, the hotel's central air conditioning was turned off too early, and it was too hot without air conditioning and I didn't get a good rest"
