"The hotel's facilities are really great. I chose a huge tatami room all to myself, though people from my country might not be used to sleeping on tatami. The only downside to the room was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but thankfully there's a door, and closing it helped a lot. Both the room and the restaurant face the sea and the harbor, so the view is absolutely unparalleled. As for the location, it's a bit on the outskirts with no commercial areas nearby; it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach dining and shopping spots. All hotel guests receive a complimentary hot spring ticket. Their hot spring also faces the sea. The infinity hot spring pool is definitely the biggest highlight! The entire hot spring area is very modern and beautifully designed. However, it's spread across 7 floors, and you have to undress upstairs and downstairs, with shoe storage and showering not in the same area, which makes the process a bit confusing and overwhelming."

"Check-in was quick and easy, with two staff members who spoke Chinese, so there were no language barrier issues. When checking in, they proactively asked about our preferred dinner time to avoid long waits due to too many guests dining at once. Since our room didn't have a private bathroom, we used the public male and female onsen baths downstairs, which were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. After dinner, you can reserve the karaoke or mahjong rooms at the front desk in advance and use them at your reserved time. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was quite delicious."

"The hotel staff were very friendly and the interior was exceptionally nice. The view from the open-air bath was amazing, making for a very satisfying stay. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit Atami again."

"The room was fantastic, and the private hot spring design was truly unique. The Kaiseki dinner was delicious, and the staff member who provided service in Chinese was very enthusiastic. The hotel is right by the ocean, so you can take a stroll along the coast, enjoying the beautiful sea views and watching the sunrise and sunset. There are also yachts docked nearby. It's within walking distance to Atami's pedestrian street, with a wide variety of restaurants close by. Plus, there's a free shuttle service from Atami Station to the hotel. I really love this hotel and would definitely visit again if I have the chance!"

"The room was actually quite spacious, bright, and comfortable, with clean beds and a fantastic full ocean view. However, the facilities were a bit dated. Also, probably due to staff shortages, the hotel offered guests staying multiple nights a 2000 JPY credit per night if they opted out of housekeeping, which could be used at the hotel's outlets. The hotel's location was a bit tricky to find. Arriving at night, the navigation led us through small alleyways and stone steps. Carrying luggage up those steps was quite a struggle 😰, and after descending the stone steps, we still had to climb a slope… 😂. I'd recommend taking a taxi if you're arriving late! Overall, this hotel was very comfortable, and it was a pleasant end to our in-depth trip."

"The hotel is very inconvenient, can not travel alone, there is no place to sell things around, every day after playing back can only take a taxi, and want to eat something must be bought in advance to bring back, or have to take a taxi out to take a taxi back. "Facilities: This hotel has an old-money charm, and you can really see its past luxury. Everything is very well-maintained, and the rooms are clean. There aren't many power outlets, but they thoughtfully provided power strips. The tatami mattress was very comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a thorough job every day. The view from the window was beautiful, and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves was a dream. Service: The hotel offers a shuttle service to Atami JR Station, departing every half hour from in front of McDonald's. There are two vans per shuttle, clearly marked with the hotel's name in red, and managed by hotel staff. They drop off at both the old and new wings, which makes up for the slightly inconvenient location. Environment: The hotel boasts three large hot springs, all with both indoor and outdoor baths. I tried them all, and each has its own unique character. My skin felt so smooth afterwards! The walkway on the 15th floor of the Ocean Wing (old building) offers panoramic ocean views, making it the perfect spot to watch the sunrise. Dining: The buffet dinner was absolutely, incredibly amazing! Unlimited tuna belly! All-you-can-eat scallops and roe! Shrimp, sea bream, squid, salmon – there was so much I couldn't even try it all. The cooked dishes were also delicious, but my stomach just couldn't fit any more. I saw some not-so-great reviews before checking in, but perhaps everyone has different preferences. We, however, highly recommend it!"

"The hotel is located right in front of the sea, with a convenience store nearby and paid parking spaces. The price is very reasonable for the area. The hotel staff is very good. In fact, the highlight of this hotel is their private open-air bath, which is very comfortable. recommend"

"I chose to stay in this low-key hotel on the mountain in Atami City. Although I had to take a taxi to get in and out, I actually didn’t want to leave the hotel and my room after checking in. The scenery outside is very beautiful, there is a private onsen in the room, and the hotel services and facilities are impeccable. You can go to the lounge to have a drink, eat snacks and watch the sunset before dinner! The hotel’s dinner serves Japanese food presented to guests in a French style. The menu can be fine-tuned according to each guest’s taste requirements and will be signed off by the responsible waiter for confirmation! With such serious service, you will definitely be satisfied with breakfast and dinner! Three days and two nights accommodation, great value for money service and enjoyment!"

"The hotel charges per person, which is perfect for solo travelers. Some hotels have different prices for single and double occupancy rooms, such as 1.8n and 2n respectively. This hotel only charges 1n and 2n, with no extra charge for solo travelers. Considering this, the hotel's food and facilities are very good value for money (but the sweet shrimp was not fresh, so don't eat it). I made good use of the hotel shuttle bus, and overall, the experience was very good."
