It is just ok. Have not many choices to eat so customers need to find food to eat before come to check in.

Very good choice it is the best hotel for my one month business trip. Other than other business style hotel, four point hotel offer really nice breakfast set ( not continental simple breakfast). And the location is convenient with free car parking. I had put it as first choice for my stay in Chicago.

The location is not far from the Chicago airport and there are many shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. However, I made a reservation with breakfast included, but I ended up not having breakfast, which was disappointing.

The hotel has complete facilities, clean and tidy, and the surrounding environment is quiet and good. The service is also good. There are two free breakfasts, which are freshly made by the waiter and taste good.

The cleaning was very sloppy. I had red spots on my neck after sleeping for a few days. I wonder if the pillows are not cleaned all year round. It's not obvious if they only change the pillowcases! Even though the cleaners put a few dollars in tips on the bed, they didn't give me water or coffee the next day. The hardware in the room is OK, after all, the price is cheap, but the cleaning is very sloppy. I won't stay in this hotel again.
