"I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The electric kettle in the room was disgustingly dirty, as shown in the pictures. Moreover, our family room had a constant and unpleasant sewage odor that made our stay very uncomfortable. I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously and addresses them promptly."
