Excellent location, warm-hearted owners, clean, great breakfast, highly convenient eateries and grocery store within 100-300m walk. Easily accessible from airport by Bus #16 or 41 (loading bay at Zone 15, outside Terminal 1, direct, 14 bus stops). As the digital board and announcement in the bus is rather confusing, the best is to request the bus driver to inform you to get off at ”Shanvarna Road Est, stop 231”. Try to buy a Standard Leap Card from Terminal 1 Convenient Store for €10 (€5 deposit included), if not available, a Leap Card for single ride can be purchased at €2.60 or simply pay at bus with €2.60 coins. Upon checking in, walk 500m from B&B to Maxol Service Station Swords Road to purchase the Standard Leap Card, your single ride will then cost €2 only with free transfers within 90 minutes. Buses to downtown Dublin (14-17 stops) or other counties nearby are also available from the same bus stop across the road of the B&B. Returning from downtown will drop you off at the bus stop right in front of the B&B. The Comet (a local pub) and Centra Santry Village grocery store are within 100-200m walk from B&B, a pizza/burger take away and a Chinese Takeway are also available across the road. Owners are kind and friendly. Would recommend this B&B to everyone visiting Dublin especially solo traveler depending on public transport and prefers quiet places out of downtown.

The Harding Hotel was perfect for our family needs. The rooms have everything that you need. It was clean and comfortable. With both a bar and bistro attached to the hotel everything is at hand. It is a short walk to Temple Bar where all means of bars and eateries can be found. It is also only a short walk if you wish to visit the Guinness factory too. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Dublin in the future.

There are many Chinese supermarkets and restaurants downstairs in the hotel, and the front desk has dedicated security personnel who will help with takeout. The breakfast is also plentiful. However, there's an epic bug: the outermost elevator goes down to the -1 floor, which is a staff-only area. The laundry room is on the same floor, separated by a door with access control (Figure 10). Entering the staff area requires a card, and here's the interesting thing: if you finish doing laundry and press the elevator button, and the staff elevator comes down, you can't get through because your room card can't be used on that door. You either have to wait for that elevator to go up before the other regular elevators come down, or you have to use the adjacent stairs. On the day of check-out, I happened to meet someone in a suit, presumably the manager, and I mentioned it to him. I look forward to seeing how things are improved.

Location: Great location, with a supermarket and a shopping mall nearby. There's also a bar downstairs where you can grab a beer. However, it's close to the tram tracks, so the rooms facing outwards can be a bit noisy.
Service: The male staff member that night was friendly and very helpful with any issues we had.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are good and quite new. But I was assigned an accessible room, which I heard hadn't been used in a long time, so the toilet had a severe odor. There were no other rooms available that day, so I had to endure the smell all night. The staff sprayed some air freshener, which was a nice gesture (and I appreciate it!), but it didn't really solve the problem. If possible, remember to request *not* to be given an accessible room!

Located near the pier, it's a 30-minute walk to the bustling downtown area, offering decent value for money. The front desk service was also good; they were able to resolve any issues. There's no free parking, which is understandable given its proximity to the city center. A convenient plus is its super close location to the airport shuttle stop, less than a 10-minute walk. The room windows, however, do not open.

Location was really convenient. Walking distance from the tram and bus stations. Staff were friendly too and assisted with helping to book a cab to the airport. Check in and luggage storage were smooth as well. However was a little disappointed on the room size as it was partially cramped. Amenities like slippers, fridge, etc were not available as well. Overall, good convenient place in terms of location.

Guest UserVery clean room and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, however it was possible to feel the junction between the two single beds. The room was in the basement level, the corridor have a strange smell, bur inside the room was fine. Bathroom is great with and bright.

Anonymous UserA lot of people’s cards malfunctioned the morning of check out (before 10am) and it was annoying to have to go down to reception to fix our cards and we are rushing to check out. Otherwise, it was a nice stay

Guest UserThe hotel was advertised with parking, the parking was an extra €18 per 12 hours and was 500 mtrs away in a public car park, which with all the one way streets took forever to access, there wasn’t even space to park at the front to unload bags except in a no standing zone.
The room was so small we had nowhere for our bags and you had to roll across the bed to access either side. It was also so hard the floor would have been more comfortable.
This hotel is definitely not value for money.
The tea and coffee making machine in the foyer made the worst tea I have ever tasted.
